1. What band do you play in?
2. That really is a cut-your-nuts-off price.
3.
FWIW, I made a purchase decision about a MM Cutlass bass about 18 years before I could actually afford it. I also think places like Bass NW or Bass Central in the US are excellent examples of how every person who comes in contact with them is treated like a potential customer. I'd cite Bass Gallery and Bass Direct as worthy UK examples too.
Mark this date in your diaries. I agree with CrazyKiwi to the letter.
4. Is this not sold yet?
5. NV215 - bassdirect
6. I've played a 6 string Nightingale alot over the last few weeks. It's a sweet bass.
7. I will PM you mr.ARGH
8. I regularly attend metal and hardcore gigs in the front room of a terraced house in Leeds. Don't know or care what the neighbours think.
9.
I won't, but I would very strongly advice that you check EVERY tiny detail before buying anything 'vintage' or 'rare' from one of their shops. And that includes amplifiers.
+1. Also, I think Rich who works there and used to work in the Bass Centre Manchester is a c***.
10. I'd have a hard time continuing with that gig. The damage to my equipment from repeated powercuts would be costing me more than the gig was paying.
11. Could beeeeeeeee! Sold to PTB. Now someone buy my PT2, oki?
12. Some interest but no sale - bump.
13. It's the best chorus there is, in my opinion.

Bass Big Muff
no, an impedance buffer wouldn't do anything to make the muff sound better i dont think; rather than boosting your pedulla, have you thought of cutting your warwick?
Raising the impedance would reduce the loading on Q1 which would make the fuzz more controllable. You can see from looking at the Big Muff Schematic that R1 and C1 sort of do this, but depending on version don't really do it well enough for active basses. I haven't seen inside a Bass Big Muff so I don't know the R1 and C1 values.
15. $440 is a pisstake shipping charge too
16. I thought the Aguilar AG500 was one of the best amps I'd ever used. Infact I'd actually say that it is second only (and only just second) to my DB750.
17. Sounds great - some really good "musicians" there
18. Holy sh*t! You playing with living metal god Adrian Erlandsson. Wow!
19.
They do look nice, but I thought you were suggesting that they were just general low end (bottom of the market) basses. Can understand why they chose the name but could have done with more thought.
The shop they're sold through is Brian Barrett's "The Low End" - a bass specific shop. Does it make more sense now?
20. I'd ebay these Steve
21. Listen guys, it's not exactly kosher so it's not wise to go crowing about it all over the internet. Don't go and mess it up for those of us with Sadowsky's on order, eh? PM me if you really can't live without knowing.
22. I call my Celinder, uh, "my Celinder".
23. Great, let us know how it goes.
