    Brian bought a vintage Fender case from me, in yet another absolutely perfect transaction. The communications were prompt and payment immediate. He kindly arranged the courier and took the time to let me know the case had arrived safely. Perfect, what a great Basschatter!

    I’ve had this case tucked away without a bass in it for quite a while and think it is time to free up some space. For a mid to late 70’s case it is in very nice overall condition but obviously has signs of use, with various nicks and scratches and tarnished hardware. Some of the nicks have been touched in, presumably with a black marker pen or similar. One end has a small amount of wood showing through but nothing that affects the protection the case is designed to provide. Both latches work perfectly and spring up as they should. The centre latch is perfect too. The interior is lovely, with no rips and no nasty smells! The accessory pocket flap is as it should be too. It can house a right handed Jazz or Precision. I can post at buyer’s cost and risk within the UK. I have a suitable box and bubblewrap. Collection in person most welcomed.

    Slab Precision Body in what I believe is pine. Neatly routed for the classic ‘51 style pickup, side input jack and string through body. It would obviously need final preparation prior to painting or staining. I popped a Fender American Precision neck in and it was a very nice fit…quite snug. UK postage available if required, cost to be determined.

    Thanks for the tip Chris. I tried it out and it worked really well with my Precision! So simple, just plug in and go! I also liked the fact there is no fan noise, so great for quieter home use.

    This compact 100 watt combo is in excellent condition and comes complete with a fitted Roqsolid cover, owner’s manual and original box. It has two 7 inch speakers plus a 3 inch horn, 3 band eq, switching for mute/passive/active, aux in, headphone in and line out. Posting within the UK is an option. Collection in person welcomed. Blackstar 250 Active cabinet shown in the last picture is not included but will be listed here soon.
