These are lovely little amps with the typical, great Phil Jones Bass sound and superb build quality. It has had a very easy life, kept in its box when not in use and only used in the home (or on the occasional UK holiday). It has a 3 band eq, headphone socket for quiet practice, excellent Bluetooth for playing along with the iPad (or Aux in) and at 35 watts is more than enough for the home. It weighs just 2.4kgs. There is a tiny indentation on the top left hand corner of the combo but of course this does not affect the functionality of the unit in any way. I have the original box, so postage (at buyer’s cost) will not be a problem. Collection in person is welcomed.

I really need to make some space and this feature packed combo needs to go as it hasn’t been used for a long time. I’ve owned it from new and I think it must be about 20 years old. It has only been used in the house and never pushed to anything like its limit. For me, it is plenty loud enough on about quarter volume! It's got a whole load of loops of every different music style, some nine different amp models you can select such as Fender Bassman, upright, Ampeg, TE and a super distorted one and the built in backing with or without drums so you can play along to songs in the specially created method book. You can add effects to the sound with overdrive, fuzz, flange, phaser, chorus, way, delay and more. There is a three band eq, built in tuner (very useful) headphone and aux-in. It also has a tilt back facility which is great. The 100 page method book with it has all the songs, loops and scales written out in tab and proper musical notation. It does far more than I've listed here and would make a really good starter amp to encourage playing and learning. Unfortunately the cat got its claws into the carpet covering many moons ago - I now have a generic slip on dust cover which at least adds a first line of defence! Due to the odd shape (due to the tilt back facility) I would much prefer collection in person, which would also allow any buyer to check out some of the numerous features.

Fender Customshop Jazz 1988 On Hold Pending - *SOLD*
MungoBass replied to briansbrew's topic in Basses For Sale
My Custom Shop Jazz had the clicking pots, which to be honest, I didn’t really like, even though it was useful to have the facility to have an accurate tone setting. However, it was easy enough to sort by taking the chrome knobs off and then removing the nut that held the clicker washer underneath, remove the washer and that was the end of the clicking! -

I’m looking to renovate a poorly 15 inch cab and wonder how many kgs of Tuffcab would be required if I aimed to apply three light coats? Can anyone provide a guesstimate please?
