Smooth Hound Wireless System. Comes with Receiver, Transmitter and PSU. I'll take some better photos tomorrow, but this is it plugged into my (long gone) Gnome. I bought it used about 12 months ago but I’ve never gigged it. Just played a couple of times at home. Great little device. £50 collected from Bath until I’m back on my feet from surgery in which case I’ll post it.

Valeton Bass Strip in box and PSU. It’s a DI pedal with EQ & some funky FX. It’s their take on the Tech21 bass flyrig. I bought it as a back up in case of back line failure. But never been out of its box other than to test when I bought it new 12 months ago. I’m recovering from surgery currently so it’s pickup from Bath for now. But if you can wait I’ll post it for additional £5 in a week or two. Cheers

Yes. Everything is learned. -
Our guitarist runs an amp repair business. Always has spare stuff. Keys player runs a PA hire company, always has spare kit. We have a band “tech” who has spares and repair kit with him. But I still, as a matter of habit and a fear of “what if”, carry spares of everything bass and backline related to every gig. My kit, my responsibility.

I liked his single Ca plane pour moi. He’s aged well.

Anyone heard of these before, or got one, had one? https://guitarflatter.com/products/bass-flatter Only fits standard jazz profile necks. But quite fancy one for a guitar. Could be fun, could be bolleaux

“Handedness is not an issue with this right-handed guitar” Probably is if you’re left handed

Some of the more bizarre behaviours I’ve witnessed: - Someone not even in the music group or even a musician turning up early to play percussion because she “felt it was right”. I told her she heard wrong and i felt it was right she didn’t play. - A mother telling me that her 9 year old son should play his trumpet that morning. I told her he wasn’t. - Someone turning up with a flute and playing it in the congregation. All good fun. 😊

Off a Squier P. I kept the ferrels that were in the bass when I replaced these, so have included the ones that came with the Gotohs I fitted. Also comes with a standard round string tree and screws. I also have a single large plate Wilkinson Machinehead and ferrel I can chuck in for free if you fancy it. £7 posted. Thanks John

Unless this is copyrighted, I’m definitely going to use that. Love it! Great kit you have there btw! Nice to have picked up some more gigs as a result of the bands performance too!

1:40 Sunday afternoon slot at Home Farm Fest was a bit weird. Most of the other acts were nice n chilled for a post lunch snooze. But we went down well, some peeps got up and danced even though they wouldn’t know our songs. The PsychoDahlias 3rd gig so far but were well rehearsed and getting gig fit. A few more festivals and headliners over the summer and autumn. I’m beginning to enjoy gigging again.
