1. Not my design request..........but oi agree :-)
2. UPDATE!!............Having received my new sealed 610 i used it yesterday at practice ,Cranked it up and i had the same problem as i had with the Ampeg cab! i was convinced it was the cab before now .......But on a big inspection stripping through my head i did the pencil tube tap trick and found it was a simple bad 12AX7 creating all the problems, vibrating when at a certain volume and freq (DOE!) checked this cab and all is good :-) but as i have a new cab now i'd still let this go at an absolute steel at £250 (don't try to haggle me). Im happy the mail more pics on request if wanted :-)
3. Good thump n mids......... It doesn't get much better than the good old dimarzio dp122 imo. Although there's a big hype around the geezer butler SIG p pickups
4. This is a absolute bargain for a cog custom folks, happy to post btw. Le bump
5. just took ownership of this amazing AshdownCl610 today, ive played a lot of cabs using my Ampeg cl head n this trumps the lot of em :-) ..............................................A total match made in heaven .
6. Yep two pedals in one, click on the cog link and that will explain it a bit better than I can :-D. The first channel is a distortion with switchable diode selections led, germainium,MOSFET and the second is a active EQ overdrive the O switch is an order swith for when both are engaged.......overdrive into distortion or vice versa. I personally don't think the overdrive is miles away from a xotic bb sound, the knighfall is crisp and clear :-)
7.
Oh, at last! A SourceAudio pedal that doesn't look f***ing horrible. Looking at it very seriously. I couldn't bear to buy the OFD purely because it looked awful.
hahaha ..... that was the same as my reasoning
8. Cheers Ian......it does sound very lush. Still working on whether the ginger sound is for me or not yet? (been tweaking the trims) i can imagine it is awesome playing mowtown / blues with flats .
9. I took a shot with Ben, as he is a relatively new member .............Absolutely no worries whatsoever :-) I bought a Ashdown 6x10 cab from him, He was incredibly understanding with my naff courier service skills and bumblings.in the end he actually took a day off work to wait for collection.Com's were second to none! have complete faith in Ben. He is what a good basschat member is all about ,i would not hesitate to deal with him again :-) happy bunny here.
10. Ive just recently bought this awesome pedal from LeftFoot on here..... I'm a big fan of Cog and Tom's work having had a few in the past and there is no change with this one , fantastic workmanship and sounds :-) it's very versatile as a 1 stop shop for dirt only selling as im only using the 1 channel.... so sadly it's very much wasted on me. it's the "nightfall on jupiter" about halfway down on here for details http://www.cogeffects.co.uk/custom.php Obviously cash is king......but i would only really be interested in a trade for a Pork Loin with adjustments. Ginger circuit (Gingtoobs ) SOLD !! built by me (with a little help from bigwan ) . fantastic drive pedal based on a Ampeg fliptop being pushed..........this pedal would sound wicked for soul/motown styles .it has internal trimmers for gain control (set at med ) great pedal and i'm happy how it came out...just haven't much use for it...... just after parts costs back :-) £43 posted comes with a lovely pink led. Marshall vibratrem https://marshallamps...vt-1-vibratrem/ awesome and versatile tremelo vibreto effect,i loved this as it has no drop in volume when engaged .Just find i dont use it much. excellent condition boxed with gubbins £32 posted open to trades :-)

12. Don't travel about much sorry
13. Just not queens of the stone age style filth
14. Don't get me wrong it certainly sounded absolutely wonderful :-)
15. very loud! i think my idea of Ampeg dirty aint what i had in mind?Just a slight gritty sound.......... stick to added od's in future
16. I've been playing this at rehearsal yesterday,at a very loud volume ( using my svt valve head to see how loud it takes to dirty up) it has developed a slight crackle? It's Not there when used at a normal band volume.so I'll assume one of the cones might be on its way out. Easy fix https://m.thomann.de...autsprecher.htm This in mind I'm pricing this to go ASAP £155!! Super bargain. Like I said needs gone now,I'm happy to locally drop off or have picked up.
17. I have a non original ampeg fan in my svt Cl which has started becoming annoyingly noisy, any body know of or can send a link for a nice quiet replacement? Thanks :-
18. Any idea of the weight please? Cheers
19. Always cash on collection with the bargains .....pah! ;-D Super deal!!
20. Nobels withdrawn....................Prioce drop on the sparkle £75 posted, nearly £40 saving on a new one for one thats just over a month old hardly used.
