    I love my Ampeg to bits and at band volume the fan never bothers me.....but at home its really grinding on my nerves . I know it might be a bit tricky as where the fan is placed the vibrations travel through the casing ......but does anyone have any recommendations for a quiet fan replacement?

    Iv'e always used a KiOgon loom with dimarzio model P pickups in my P bass's . get a lot of tonal variation (for a P) ....quality all the way with his looms :-)
