I have just received this immaculate, not a mark on it (like new condition) orange ad200 head in a trade for my Svt CL rig .. Not quiet what i'm after (although it does sound wonderful). Iv'e not checked what the preamp tubes are yet , but the power tubes are groove tubes.. there are Zero issues with this head it functions absolutely perfect . comes with orange cover. Ideal trade interests ... I have a huge cab permanently at our practice space so i fancy a bit of a change up just for gas purpose :-) I don't think i need to explain the SVT classic head ..............mutts nuts in tone and punch and Volume (classic for a reson) this is a USA made 1 from late 90's i think? a few tolex scrapes (nothing to major) blue SVT logo was removed and knobs changed (i have the Originals) . I have fully revalved it with Tung Sol reissue powers tubes all matched 3 aside and JJ preamp tubes which have had around 40hrs use at a guess (not very old) all biased good and working spot on. The cab is a wonderful (now discontinued) sealed Ashdown 6X10 Classic cab (these were over a grand new) [url="http://ashdownmusic.com/products/1/BASS/1/Custom-Shop/17/CL610/"]http://ashdownmusic....-Shop/17/CL610/[/url] beautiful sounding ,bit like a Ampeg 8x10 but a size not to dissimilar to most 4X10 cabs!.....which is ace. Great condition. both come with rocsolid covers. Ideally im looking to trade both for another rig(with smaller cab 1x15 2x12?) or a Head on its own ? Main interests are Orange od200 with 15 cab GK 2001....... or anything ballsy WHY Obviously posting is out of the question.....the cab is light for the size but the head! well it's a Ampeg CL! Low to medium i'd say is it's excel point .........depends on your view of high? one of the switchs flicks between low n transparent gain to blowy tube (gets quite gnarley imo) ant the other switch is mid scoop/mid boost/ and flat .....so quite a versatile little thing a bit more info [url="http://www.barberelectronics.com/gainchanger.html"]http://www.barberele...ainchanger.html[/url]

Imo this is one of the best natural sounding overdrives i have come across (been trough a few) regardless of sales pitch this is sublime with no low end loss..... why sell/swap? playing in dropC and my style of band i want something a little more colored (Tubescreamer type).......so ideally looking for a trade on bb preamp, Green rhino or similar?
