  1. I bought a Warwick one about 12 years ago - 3 inches wide woven job and I think I only paid a fiver for it new (in a sale somewhere). It’s great, much like the one posted by Doctor J above. Can’t find any now though.
  2. G&L Kiloton - not for me after all… ☹️

      I don’t mind a bit of weight, I get suspicious if a bass feels too light…. 😁

Sweetwate has a few white JB-2s and publishes their respective weights:

They all seem reasonable, not too light or too heavy.

My newer candy apple red Kiloton is a little under 4.5 kg, which is lighter than the older 'Irish Ale' Kilotons.

I’m not keen on the look of the JB 2s, prefer the OG JBs. 😊

  3. It’s so 90s sounding, it’s ridiculous. And that is a very good thing. 😎
  4. STP go jazz….😎
  5. I remember hearing Plush when it first came out thinking it was a new one from Pearl Jam (they were about to release Vs.), but I love it more than anything PJ have done (and their first two albums are brilliant). Sex Type Thing came along and I was in. 😊
  6. Cool, thanks! That man has some gear… 😁
  7. They’re my favourite rock band ever. Very dynamic, from huge rock tunes to delicate acoustic melodies and everything in between. This is one of my favourite album tracks - I don’t know what bass Robert is using here but the tone is fantastic. 😊
  8. I feel that they won’t replace Taylor. They can record with Dave playing drums, but in order to tour they’ll need someone.
  9. Just too sad. Such a shock to read about it on Saturday. If it is drug related then it’s a massive, tragic waste. I hope they do carry on. It would be another waste if Dave just said no more, although those sneakers of Taylor’s will be extremely difficult to fill. The only drummer I can think of that could come close would be Stephen Perkins.
  10. You’re on the list now, cheers! 😊
  11. William Cashion - Future Islands Jeremy Toback’s work with Brad.
  12. There’s no title yet, was thinking of calling it either 20 Iconic Precision Basses or The Precision Bass Collection 🤔🤷
  13. Of course! Thanks Billy. 😊
  14. Looking for a minimum of 10 “yes”s before I send the file off to the printers.
  15. Maybe I should’ve rendered it in it’s broken state though. 😁
  16. Oui bien sûr, pas de problème 😁
  17. Consider yourself slapped. 😁
  18. Great idea! I’ll have a think about that one, that could be awesome. 😁
  19. Afternoon all, Some of you may well remember my post from 2018 (I can't believe it's four years ago...) found here: Well, I finally created a follow-up and I'm rather pleased with it. If you're a precision bass type of guy (or girl) then this should be right up your rue. Let me know what you all think - constructive criticism welcomed of course.... This will probably end up as a run of prints as before, if there's enough interest that is. Cheers!
  20. Massive kudos to PMT Romford. Great service and comms. Recommended. 😊

Shout out to PMT in Bristol, too as they're great.
