Hi guys, I've currently got 2 basses (with a third being built). Lakland Skyline DJ4 with extender EBMM Stingray 4 3EQ with extender Now i've had the 'ray for a few years now - like about 5 or 6? and was my go to bass at all times. But then I got the Lakland and preferred the neck and the feel of it. The ray i love the sound of also, but I just don't feel it as much. I try and play the 'ray every now and again to see if can enjoy playing it but I really can't. So what would you guys do? This is a bass I wanted when i first started out - It's an amazing instrument. I just don't get on well with the current neck. I've got a JazzRay being built so it takes care of the sound tbh. I was tempted to get the neck filed by Rich (Ou7shined) since his 'ray is a dream to play. But I'm sorta thinking that the custom will do it already well enough. Not sure whether to sell, trade or just keep the bass? Thoughts?

Huh we get fleeced up here! £15 p/h for band 7.50 for solo. Thats for Trace heads, Hartke and Peavey. All Solid state. They do however have an ampeg 810 which i used to use with my valve heads. The other studio generally has old Peavey stuff, old ashdown etc. I need a new head and cab...

Up here studios are kinda like that. But just remember (imo), if they had top range equipment - you'd probs be charged more for that and the upkeep. As a side note - how much is it down there?
I'm sorry but I don't see where all this negativity comes from. The guy is playing his bass and having a ball. He's brave enough to put himself out there and share, all good imo Peter
+1 actually. His videos are mental - but its still an alright thing. Might learn this and try adding the guitar solo for a laugh. -
Are you using a Stereo cable?
I wasn't no - Is that a requirement? I did read the manual whilst at a band practice so i may have missed a few parts.
Also, I think you need a 50k pot (like the EP-2) to get the full 0-5v CV scale out of the pedal.
Will the 250k pot be far too high to actually work? Damn that passive word! Cheers Shep.

Hi guys, I'd heard that this volume pedal can be used as an expression pedal, so due to the fact its built like a tank - I bought one. (The smaller passive one 250k i think?) I'm trying to use it to control my LPF but it doesnt appear to be working. I've checked the manuel for the Moog and still none the wiser. Anyone able to assist? Ta Dave

Thanks again for this. We've decided to speak to him, and amicably end foxdie. We're going to say we'd rather not do foxdie as a band if it would cause issues. Hopefully he'll understand... Get a new name, new drummer and new vocalist. Change the band entirely. I've already found another drummer whos absolutly great and a singer interested.

It's a sad state of affairs when you recognise a man by his pedalboard...
Hah i thought that too. "hey that board looks familour (sp?) - hang on.."
