Wonder if they'll do a mini low pass filter eventually. I did love my Moog Ring though.
-
I've done it for a few years, but this year I'm not sure. I need my beard for some halloween parties (at the start of Nov!). I have found that all guys love a mouzer - woman tended to reference the village people quite often! I have no idea what they mean!
-
I have no problem with them - in fact we tend to use them often. We've tried adding other musicians but it just wasn't as good as the 4 (or 3) of us. We would never use guitar/bass/drum backing tracks though. We're trying to salvage a song we wrote, but its all on piano!

Apparently mine still havent been shipped... Not really amused currently ordered at the start of aug :/
I'm definitely vain and happy to admit it.
Me too. The cloth finish looks looooovely though!
Something pointy like a bc rich warlock or explorer I guess?
I got a concussion from a bc rich before. Burst my head open too. Bassist jumped into the crowd and boom, goodnight mr wood! I lamped someone with my old Warwick corvette's head. Stage invasion (?!) kid was pretty mong'd after!
Kind of wish I'd taken you up on your offer now; recording is tomorrow and still no Xerograph. Grrrr
You recording only tomorrow? If its like the rest of the week, i can send mine tomorrow?

Bit of a shame. Dragon Vs Shinbi Ninja and Fake sound of progress were songs of my youth (no pun intended!). UK version of LP is good comparison I feel. I started to dislike them when the songs suffered due to image. Also Watkins is such a miserable sod live!
I really have to admire anyone getting a custom made bass, but on reading this thread I dont think I,ll bother!
It's not all negative! I have a custom instrument and it's exactly the image i had in my head of what I wanted. Sounds and looks! I have one thing that annoys me, and it's simply because the Delano pickups I (not the builder I should add) have the Delano logo in white on one and black on the other. Nothing a sharpie can't fix or hunting down the correct pup. If you want one, and have an idea thats not easy to come by. Why not get something bespoke to you? -
I know you said either 1x12 or 2x12 but have you looked at the S12? I bought one (needing something loud and good sounding so pulled the trigger) and its great. Light as hell (one hand lift!) and louder than hell.

Also - if the guys worth his salt, he'll go back and do some work on the instrument if required. Action etc! Hope it all comes right! -

Sorry to read this bud - but it might be worth the wait. I know my custom instrument was! Maybe worth it in the end! -
Haha! The Yammie sees more of me than the 6 string. The sixer just covers the heavier stuff, and anything that needs sweeps Hoping to whip up a 4 string super P design with Rich after I saw yours drying! But speaking of ERBs I was interested in planning an 8 string... F# to F if you were wondering ha!
Jesus chris man! Got some pics... will upload now... -
Can't wait for all the pictures
I'll get them up. Its amazing! Actually insanely light! You'll need to try it man dont you need a 6 string? -
That said, I tried an old Zoom 708 the other month for the first time in years, hilarious, it was so horrible that it was cool! Si
Ah the memories - my first fx unit Miss the drum machine and chorus (if I recall?) most.
Not used one of those, but I've been using the polytune mini for over a year now with bass and no issues. Apparently the polytune mode doesn't work with bass, but the single string mode is absolutely fine
+1 Never really understood the polytune mode on bass. Great little units.
