1.
Ha ha, me too. Though I might chuck in a third now and then just to impress
Showoff
 2.
As far as I can tell, Akai don't have any other highly desirable 'leading' pedals or effects out, I just don't understand why they don't reintroduce this pedal to establish a leading product. They could still sell it for £400 and maintain their integrity. I wouldn't be buying one but it seems like a very profitable venture with a cultivated audience.
As much as I would love Akai to rerelease this (ideally lower than 400 quid!); all that would do would push the "MK1" up in price as people claim it sounded better
 3. I'll easily trade you a shuttle 6 for the streamliner Hah!
 4. Okay to update - I was told the units would have been shipped in a week on the 11th, I gave till today for that to happen. No updates, no shipping notice, nothing. I've asked for my money back since it doesn't appear as though I'll get them this millennium... As much I love the stuff they build; I can't recommend anyone to them now. Sorry Iron Ether - this wait for 3 pedals is appalling, lying about pedals being shipped when they're not is also utterly mental.
 5. This is what it will look like in the end! Replacement for my LS-2 with with controls for each channel, phase switches etc.
 6. I can't wait for mine!
 7. Sold pending!
 8.
PM'd
Sold pending!
 9.
MB1. Great Tracking! Might be worth mentioning it also a Octaver too!
Good point - a very good one at that!
 10.
Finally got the Bass, well done.
Yep! Lovely toy
 11.
Is this the deluxe version?
Standard.
 12. Hey guys, Looking to sell my Super Synth. Great unit, highly customisable (insanely so!) and some very musical uses. I've kinda found a set of tones from other pedals which I'm using more, so this is surplus. £175 + £10 for delivery. Thanks
 13. Hey guys, I'm not using my Xerograph currently, so it's just looking pretty sad at the end of my board. Not to mention I've more or less got a sound in mind which I love! Price is £90 plus maybe £5 for shipping. Also means not waiting for one to be made (which seems to be taking over 10 weeks currently!) Bought new not too long ago! Ta!
 14.
... and as if by magic, it has been dispatched with a tracking number, the very day I asked for the refund! I got another apology and a small refund.
Yay! With any luck mines will be shortly then since it was just after you.
 15. This squeezer looks and sounds interesting.... EDIT: But not the price. Ouch.
 16.
I think Eventide could use the tech in their Pitchfactor pedal to do a pedal that is better.
Don't say that - I'm already heavily gas'ing for one!
 17.
Hey mate, I've seen a few of these come and go, all for around the same price... which I absolutley have no gripe with at all, I am however curious, what brings them there value? Are they a must have pedal? how do you rate it agains say a Boss SYB-5? Could you throw down a little more info about it? I am partly just curious, but also potentially interested! (might also help the sale to add a shade more info!) Thanks matey!
http://basschat.co.uk/topic/219919-akai-deep-impact/ Some insight here.
 18.
Well, after no response to my last email, I feel I have no choice but to cancel the order. I've asked for a full refund. It's especially annoying as I had bought a new power supply (one spot) and patch leads (OBBM) based on this promise of delivery. :-(
I've not had a reply back with my request of it being shipped before the 25th...
 19. I actually regret selling mine. I've used various synth pedals - but the Deep Impact nailed everything I wanted. Got the MarkBass one now, with a the BSW also. IMO as much as I love(d) it, the kinda money is mad. Saying that, I did sell mine for about 475 delivered. Not that long ago neither. I'm such a capitalist scumbag
 20.
Spencer at 3Leaf has a new fuzz called 'You're Doom' coming out. Here's his post on TB: http://www.talkbass....ml#post14996868 "It's essentially the opposite of the Duality. Here's how I look at them: The Duality takes traditional idea of a fuzz and executes it in a totally unique way, while the You're Doom turns the idea of a fuzz on its head. You're Doom responds to your playing dynamics. You're Doom plays well with other pedals and doesn't care if your bass is active or passive. You're Doom sounds like a square wave came straight from your pickups. It's called a "dynamic harmonic device" because it's just that - extremely sensitive to dynamics. You can "play it" the way you would play an envelope filter or a compressor." Too many nice pedals coming out..!
I like the sound of this too. Sounds like it'll be a right dirty bugger.
 21. The DJ4 is a brilliant bass. Have a cheeky lakland owners bump
 22.
On a muse forum they would RAEP you for it lol
Completely! one of these days I want to try this
 23. Ohhhh can't wait for clips!
 24.
Unless you really must have the item then I think it's refund time, if you must have it then you'll just have to wait it out. I also agree it's totally unacceptable, if they're not meeting deadlines it's their responsibility to inform you, it shouldn't be your job to hassle. Steve
I've said I want them shipped by the 25th. If not, i want the refund. Can no longer say i'd refer them. Pedals are good but this lead time/constantly being told they'll be shipped that week is mental. All caused by them putting another unit into production...
 25.
Just means I can't paint it though. lol
Ahahahahahah!
