    Markbass synth pedal in excellent condition. Does a variety of synth bass and octave sounds. Great pedal but just sitting on the shelf unused by me so may as well go to someone who may get some use. Complete with Markbass power supply, lead for connecting to computer and original box. £100 posted within the UK.

    Used 5 string set of Status hotwires, 45-130 double ball roundwounds. Fitted to a Status S2 classic and played at one rehearsal then removed immediately. Wanted to try some heavier strings than my usual gauge but they definitely weren't for me. £12 posted within the UK

    Used 45-105 set of Rotosound monel flatwound strings previously cut and fitted to a Jazz style bass and immediately removed as I knew they weren't for me (first and last foray into the world of flats). Therefore virtually unplayed. £12 posted in the UK

    Forgot about Len stiles, my first job was a stones throw from there so often had a lunchtime browse in there. There was also gigsounds in Streatham and Wing music in Sidcup.

    I remember Nolans. Being originally from forest hill I remember my dad taking me there at a very young age. That shop sparked a life long passion for all things guitar! But most of all I remember Music House in Catford, SE London. I'd spend most Saturdays there annoying the staff! Bought my first proper bass there, Yamaha bb800, got my first real gig there thanks to Brian the manager recommending me. Great times they were.

    Great condition. Hardly used as I prefer to use my pjb c8 for the small number of gigs I'm currently doing so it's gathering dust. Nice little lightweight 1x12 though with a switchable tweeter, very loud for its size. Plenty for a small single cab rig. Tilt back facility for better monitoring and ampfix plate on top for use with Eich amps with magnets. Collection only from Chatham, Kent. No postage.

    I've never seen a status replacement neck with inserts. I don't think they are factory fitted. I think they usually just have a wooden block in the heel to screw into. I would drill out the hole or holes and glue in tight fitting wooden dowels, let the glue dry and cut and sand flush. Attach the neck with wood screws. I did this myself with a badly installed status neck and it's rock solid.
