    On the octaver front I've been hearing murmurings about the Chord OC-50. Figured for £40 odd it could be worth a look. Anyone had any experience with it?

    I used to have a Danelectro Daddy-O distortion and I could get some really dirty, lo-fi sounds out of it. Could even do a passable 'Lemmy' tone. The 3 band EQ meant it was really versatile too.

    From what I hear the new Clone Theory is good but has been described by some critics as 'less exciting' compared to the original but I imagine that is just subjective.
