It's an absolute monster amp! Just what I was hoping for. I'll be leaving it well alone. The tweeter is switchable so gives a nice instant tonal variation

Just bought my first amp - an Ibanez Promethean P3115. It looks like it'll do the job while I'm learning and getting out for some small gigs. Just one question- I've read quite a lot on the net about removing the tweeter and porting the cab in it's place. Is this worth doing or shall I see how I get on with it for a while first?

Well, I ended up with a P3115 Promethean. Reviews were good and looks like it'll do the job.

Morning all. I'm new to bass after playing lead for 25 years and need some advice on an amp that I could gig with (small gigs). I will be playing classic/modern rock, bit of pop and some 60's- nothing too heavy! My options at the moment are: Laney HCM160b Crate BT100 Laney linebacker 120b Laney RBW200 Any other suggestions under £200 would be helpful. Cheers

Hi everyone, I'm Steve, 36 from Norfolk. Just getting ready to pick up a bass again after many year and pursue it to the level I should've done had it not been for kids/jobs/mortgage etc.......
