Without doubt the stupidest marketing of a relic bass I've ever seen. I find it quite insulting that a company like Warwick would ask that much money for a piece of crap like that, and try and pass it off as "yeah but its new old". Shocking. I wonder what the warranty is on it. Its not like the Corvette is a really old bass, (introduced in 92) so why make a relic of it.? And more importantly, how on earth after this massive battering did the neck survive and look brand new.?? Bloody stupid

Yes it would seem so Cameron. Its beautiful music Imo. .Ive seen them live with Cory Henry at the Cheltenham Jazz fest. Had the pleasure to meet both of them at a club in Cheltenham.

Loved this fantastic HipHop Funk from this man and his band for a long time. Live he uses the talent of the incredible bass player Uriah Duffy.. I'm sure most have heard of him.

Yeah but its not a Jazz Bass in the true sense. When was the last time you saw a Fender Jazz with a Stingray pickup in that position.? How is it going to sound like a P Bass (under that pickup cover) in that position anyway.? Im just saying for Fender its a bit Leftfield. There are only so many things you can do with an Electric Bass, radically new bass design is just a pipe dream when it comes to an instrument like the bass, its all been done imo. The last radical design on the bass was a Dingwall. but since then its just minor tweaks.. I do wonder if on some Piano forum there are people moaning because makers aren't doing something radically different or groundbreaking with the piano.. ?

I really like this. At least Fender are doing something different. But Fender are damned if they do and damned if they don't.

The Genz Benz 6.2 amp is a beast.. I knew it was a really great amp before I bought it, and it really is an amazing bit of kit, I actually prefer it to my old Aguilar AG500 head. I didn't realise how good a lightweight head could sound. But the Genz Benz Focus 210 cab is just outstanding. The fact that it was in Genz Benz's lower priced range, I can't fault it for £150 and sounds huge. Superb sounding lightweight setup... Plug the Sei Jazz in and its all I need.
