    There i said it. She was Pop/Funk/gospel. The real queen of soul music (and of course this is only my opinion) is Anita Baker. I feel strongly about this because soul music is my passion, and it is the foundation of my upbringing and musicality. Anita Baker Imo is the real queen of soul music. .Knowone comes close to how many great records she recorded. But who knows about her.? Not that many. But lots know this classic. Not many singers can sing live and sound as good as her. A 5ft 3 woman with this that much power and control in her voice. Fantastic pianist too.

    This is the audio of the MTV version. The YT vid has rubbish audio. This is killer at 4.00. The bass playing is just... Can I get this on CD can I f**k. £35 they are wanting. Its so hard to get hold of.

    Live at Fillmore East. Fabulous live performance that is almost jazz funk in parts. Absolutely captivating live performance Imo..

    A 3+ grand bass bass for £850.??? Just interested as to why this is so cheap.? Is it a Warwick second hand sign of the times.? I hope the OP doesn't mind me asking. Just interested. Also what does LX stand for.?
