  1. I can't see the horn repair? Can you show a close up of it please? Thanks.
  2. We play in a lively Methodist church on Sundays, we have a decent band and play 'soft rock' kinda songs. We love it and my wife is the worship leader and plays a Taylor 12 string, happy days!
  3. I have at the moment 2 sterling subs, the cheap ones, £325 or cheaper. They are 2 eq and I can't really find fault with them. I did think the G was weak but when I asked the "deck tech" he said it was fine, it's your ears that's the problem and he's probably right as I am a bit deef in my left ear so I don't worry about it now. I bought a Real Stingray 2eq in about 2008 and sold it on here about 3 years later and have been trying to get it back ever since. But these SUB's are almost as good imo. I've been a Precision man now for quite a while but I'n finding the stretch between frets is an issue because my hands are arthritic.
  4. Bit expensive...
  5. Hiya, this is my Boss super overdrive pedal SD1. Excellent working order, few scratches here and there. Boxed with paperwork. £30 posted to your door.

  6. Really good basses these, looks very like mine did. Wish I could have it.
  7. My showgroup in 1969 had one of these connected to 2 Selmer columns and it powered my 12 string electro acoustic AND the bass. It was so loud, it was even adequate for the Mayfair Ballroom in Newcastle! Awesome amps, someone will get a bargain here. GLWTS.
  8. That sir is a thing of beauty.
  9. Just had a deal with Rich for a pickguard, as always a great deal. Very promptly sent and arrived in perfect condition. One of the good guys here, cheers!

  14. Where are you????
  15. Bedsheet? hahaha.... it's a piece of material that I had in a drawer, needs ironing. Tracy might have had something to do with it........... It's a great bass for the money, low action and plays faultlessly. GLWTS.
  16. I wrote this in 2011 and it was stickied then, but since the new website hosting palaver it disappeared. I've used Interparcel and UPS since I joined many years ago and sent a lot of basses and only had 1 slight mishap which was minor. I'll stick with what I know. BUT I do bombproof packing which certainly helps.
  17. 40-100 roundwound, brand new. Posted for 18 quid.
