3. I should mention that one thing that this doesn't have is the spike allowing the player to angle the cab upwards (which I only realised when I was taking photos. I never used it so didn't notice it had fallen out).
 4. Probably had about 10 hours playing, all original packaging included. These were on a DB I sold last week but they came off to reduce the sale price of that (if that makes sense). I'm using guts exclusively now so these will otherwise sit around unused. I'll post pics later today. Chris
 5.
That's a deal right there for someone.
Yes I guess it is, thanks Tom Perhaps I had better start a thread for them! C
 6. You know the score with these. Small, light and very very good at what they do. Now using PA for everything so this is no longer needed. 9. Which set did you get?
 10. Chris recently bought a bass from me, nice guy, knows his basses, and he made the whole thing so much less stressful by taking the time to come down and collect it! He also has the most impressive facial hair since Lemmy Enjoy that bass Chris, hell of an instrument
 11. Tom bought my lovely Gibson J-200 and I have to say that it was an absolute pleasure to deal with him, great coms, lovely chat about music and stuff, and a really trouble free transaction. Tom is Basschat royalty Cheers Chris

 17.
Seriously..I know it would have probably gone for more on eBay..but I wanted it to go to someone on here as you guys have been so helpful to me over the last few years.
Nice one Chris, you're a credit you our forum (and name!). Chris
 18. ....and I will post some close ups of some of his uglier aspects when I get to the studio
 19. Original FS thread here http://basschat.co.u..._1#entry2952596 Some details here http://basschat.co.u..._1#entry2891878 It's a lovely bass and has got me through a fair few rehearsals in small spaces or when I didn't have the car to take the biggies. Like all sticks, it has a tendency to spin but you soon get used to it, in my case via the rather elegant sartorius muscle Clarkson was recently given the once over by the good M. Philippe Briande in Canterbury who, much as the PR agencies have with his namesake, removed some of the rougher edges. For £250 this is a lot of EUB, the hardware alone cost close to that from Thomann. I'm having something of a clear-out at Beedster Studios has suddenly become extremely cluttered. Collection only, although we could have some fun and find a courier brave enough Chris
 20.
I've wanted one of these for ages. Peter Hook rates his 1200S with the active circuit as the best bass he's ever owned. I prefer passives, so as a Hooky obsessive the 1200 is a bass I've lusted after. Then I rewatched the Love Will Tear Us Apart video, and Hooky's actually playing a 1200 - the 1200S was a replacement after his first Yamaha was stolen along with the rest of New Order's equipment. 21.
Stop it Chris! This is more temptation than a man can take at this time of the morning.. Nik
Sorry Nik, I keep doing it to you don't I
 22. Sold I'm afraid folks

 25.
Hey Chris, going to be 'that guy' and ask about the weight. Previous thread never did get round to putting a figure on it.
Hi mate, it's moderate weight, I don't have accurate scales here but it's lighter than both my Fender Precisions, neither of which are heavy by any means. However if you're looking for a light instrument per se, this is probably not it. Cheers C
