    I haven't seen F - j 11 string version and i am happy.

    Naive is to think j can't. There are so many different configurations Fender provide for j bass, so it's understood that for closest exploring everyone could find his standart.

    I mainly choose from 2 - D'addario nickel 45-105 or Rotosound 45-105. Which ones left at my available stores. Anyway i like D'addario better.

    From ever Fenders i have owned. This is the best and last version. Fretted and refinished black Jaco artist.

    If You could have a chance to choose any of worlds basses to have a new years gig, which one would You preffer ? I don't need this chance, because i already own my best think worlds greatest bass Ibanez GWB 1005.

    I currently own a F-J with pau ferro and i like the sound and feel perfectly.

    The thing is that i talked all the time of this kind of bass and said that i would not called it a normal bass anyway. I don't really care about the strings.

    Yeah, but the half of the strings are the same gouge. Do You know the brand who make 12 strings every different?

    Hmm, just looked over D'addario site, but didn't find any 12 string bass set. Which model do You exactly mean ?
