It really is beautiful and whoever set it up last did a top job. It came with a white pick guard, swapping it for black was definitely the right choice -
Dropped to £500 each. These are bloody lovely. I'm going to particularly regret selling the white one.

I've got the two notes le bass preamp and it sounds incredible so unless Two Notes make an amp I'll stick with this setup.

I would like a simple setup but my Orange Terror amp sounds a bit rubbish so I use a separate preamp pedal to get a decent sound

Sorry, I've changed my mind. I'm keeping this one This ad was for a pair of Fender P basses but it's just the one left now and in my opinion, the better one of the two. This one is bloody lovely. 2007 Arctic White - Alder body, rosewood fretboard, maple neck. Fender hi mass bridge. EMG Geezer Butler signature pickups (passive), DR Black Beauty strings.

Playing up near the neck, if you hit the strings hard then the strings hit the frets which adds to the attack. Add in some overdrive as well and it all gets clanky.
