Nordymute (19mm string spacing). In good used condition. Not sure what kind of wood the top is made from as I bought it at the Bass Guitar Show 2019 and don't have the receipt, but I think it could be wenge. Some info on the Nordymute, pulled from Bass Direct website: These versatile gadgets are a simple combination of a sponge mute with a wood covering, which work to provide the player with dark, staccato articulation, forwarded by the vehicle of a nostalgic vintage subtlety. The essence of the NordyMute’s effect is akin to upright-like inhibition of resonance, a kind of execution of sustain—its body subject to an almost unnaturally fast decay. But what’s especially significant about the NordyMute is the uniquely versatile quality it lends to the player’s particular style. A lot of mutes will stunt playability, creating an awkward relationship in player to instrument intonation and articulation. In contrast, the NordyMute is designed for easy adjustment, giving the player modulating intonation and articulation instead of being stuck with one mode of mutability—of MUTE-ation. This modulating quality comes from the mute’s foam body pinching the strings, whereas most mutes push against them. To put it simply, pinch over push is what leaves the NordyMute’s intonation without compromise. For sale is my Hofner violin bass with Hofner branded fitted hard case. The bass is fitted with La Bella flatwound strings and is in good condition. It has only been gigged a couple of times. The intonation has started to drift at the dustier end of the fretboard. In a perfect world I'd keep the bass as it has that instantly recognisable thumpy tone, but I need to balance the books and I don't play it as much as my other basses. For sale is my road worn BOSS TU-3 Chromatic Tuner. Indestructible and does what it says on the tin. Purchased on BC back in January. Not been gigged in that time (unsurprisingly!), but I'm working with a different sound now and have an eye on some other gear, so needs must. The pedal is designed by BJF, and the sound is similar to the Bearfoot Blueberry. Tubey, creamy goodness. Compatible with 9V-18V power supplies (not included). Velcro on back from being attached to pedal board. Comes with original box. Postage included.
