Apologies to eubassix for what's turning out to be a hijacked thread re Patrice Vigier but 3 years ago when a friend and guitarist sadly passed away over here, Patrice wrote a very touching and personal poem and sent it to his widow as I'd told him that he'd wanted to take a look around the factory but couldn't manage the trip due to his illness. He asked to be kept informed of developments and later sent the poem. A lovely man. On a lighter note, I had a Vigier bass and they are fantastic. Stayed in tune for about 4 years (allowing for string changes)
