I have my ACG up for trade/sale at the moment, but if I keep it I was thinking about changing the preamp, something that will fit the same amount of holes (so 4), any suggestions? Anyone know what is in Sandbergs as standard?

The nob from Sum41 used to do it all the time in videos too, it was very cool for a while, no idea why.

I am getting an Aguilar instead, which if I don't love, will probably be back up here for sale in a few months when I've saved more for an EBS! But hopefully, the Aguilar will be equally as awesome.

To let you all know the outcome, I got a refund, didn't hear from the seller again, but paypal dealt with it after I returned it and proved I had.

Is a Fafner pretty similar sounding then?

I must sound my appreciation for this amp, I borrowed Geoff's tonight for a gig along with his Ampeg cab, and it's the first time in a long long long time I've heard myself on stage properly (and therefore been able to play spot on, well, mainly spot on!!) If I get my broken Eden refund sorted, I may have to find me one of these!

Yes, it is a scam.

It wasn't a price that makes paying a few hundred for a fix on top worthwhile for certain, Eden isn't as pricey as it once was! Think I am just gonna have to make sure it's returned and a refund made.

Ebay don't deal with it as far as I know, they say to do it via paypal (same company anyway aren't they?) I messaged the seller via paypal and the dispute as that is how it's meant to happen, he replied via e-mail though for some reason and I just copied his reply in to the paypal dispute, said about me trying to rip him off, haha, I don't get how, it's not like I want the rack and my money too! The fuse is what is meant to be in there, amp says 6 and the fuse is 6.3, but I don't think that makes a difference, if the fuse was replaced recently or not I'd expect it to be replaced with the same one anyway! The sale said it had been looked over recently and serviced.
