2. I'd probably get the Line 6 Lowdown LD300, and you get the free footswitch at the moment too, for £350.
3. I was thinking the little 300watts at 8 ohms 4B or whatever it's called.
4. Anyone ever tried this? Used a Phil Jones cab but not with one of their combos etc, but with some other brands head.
5. I know you lot are after our drummer as Rog keeps going on at him at ANR about it, haha.
6. I used to have the powerball myself, they are nice, sounds like the Thunder too, but that can have insane amounts of gain (PB I mean)!
7. I don't use this, it's probably had 30 minutes use since I got it (don't think it was used much by the previous owner too), so might as well clear the space! Awesome sounding, typical Engl sound like you'd expect if you've heard one before, clean/crunch/lead, comes with 2 button footswitch (which costs alot more usually) for switching between the 3 modes. 1x12 combo, with V30 speaker inside, 50 watts, very very very very loud. This is very versatile too, can do from nice cleans to full on metal. Trying it out first is welcomed at mine, loads of guitars here to try it with or bring your own. £450 ono
8. Thru neck Horizon shaped Ltd ESP, pretty much as new, bought and has sat there for months while I've been concentrating on bass. Thru neck means it sustains forever, blue finish, flame maple top, natural faux binding. Currently has a Seymour Duncan Distortion in the bridge, will sell for £275 with the SDD left there, or £235 with the original pickup fitted back in place, both save loads off the cheapest I could find new price of £350 (if you can find one!)
9. Bass/Guitar effects rack, I've owned about 5 of these over the years (in various guitar rigs mainly), they are awesome, look at the TC site for full details, this one is in good shape, and I have the box too. http://www.tcelectronic.com/G-Major £190 Have a little rolls midi board which I will sell for £40 too, can control the channel switching of the g major, would throw in a midi cable as well.
10. Very good condition, comes with the footswitch, bought (I think earlier this year) from a dude on the old bass forum (that I don't even remember the name of anymore!) Open to offers of various basses (any amount of strings), you will have to collect from Peterborough though (to allow for trying it out!) Will probably keep it, but just seeing whats around! Will also sell too, but again would prefer collection, although I do have the original box so could post in that if needed.

13.
Yep, they do - it's on the effects knob (about the first quarter turn is delay and reverb). The knob also gives you chorus and flanger. I think you've got more options (combining effects, etc) if you get the FBV pedalboard.
Why is it never mentioned in the specs? I also read a review saying that he wished it had delay, very confusing. "5 Essential Bass Effects: Synth, Compressor, Envelope Filter, Octaver, and Chorus" Can't see it on here either.... 14. I can't wait til I get to play it! Problem is vocalist in my band is off around the world for 5 months in November, so I won't get to gig it til probably May in 2008!
15.
Cool little amp. Worth it just for the SVT model and the nice built-in delays.
They don't have delay though do they?
16. I am thinking about ordering one of these now, I would love the versatility in my band.
17. I didn't say you said he was either, no need to get defensive and go crying about it.
18. He isn't a luthier though is he? He just puts parts together?
19. I used to have a couple of GB Rumour 6 strings, they were okay, but nothing special, I wouldn't actually buy from them again as I personally think there are better cheaper options that I like more, but everyone is different.
20. Oooh yes to that little cut away! Reminds me of a PRS guitar, think I may see if I can have that too!
