  1. I just use a little metal bar to play my triangle, not a pick.
  2. The LT25 amp has a built in tuner and if it is anything like he guitar version of the amp, it will be pretty good, so a tuner might be moot. A hard case or really good gigbag would be a good choice, as well as a comfortable strap.
  3. Did anyone else notice Rod eyeing up the backing singer?
  4. They are made in Donegal, Ireland. Pricey, but good quality from what I understand. All carbon fibre guitars. KDH did a video about them.
  5. The only thing I ever bought was a gig bag. No problems with ordering or delivery.
  6. When my guitar amp died a few months ago, i tried playing through my Fender Rumble 25. I'm only a bedroom player, but i soon went and bought an LT25. I really didn't like the sound through the bass amp.
  7. Cheers. I managed to get the bed level (it's glass - carborundum I think the spec calls it) and when I got the z-axis offset correct, it printed well.
  8. We got my daughter a Creality Ender-3 Neo for Christmas. We had no idea if she would like it, but she didn't know what she wanted for Christmas, so we went with this. She looked a bit befuddled when she opened it and gave an "oh cool", but didn't look that interested. We got round to setting up last night and were excited just by the fact that it turned on. This afternoon I had a go at levelling the bed and we tried printing one of the test files that came with it. It started well and we could see it starting to lay a level down, but soon noticed that the first layer or two were lifting. I thought that they paper I had used for levelling the bed might have been too thick, so tried a thinner sheet, but that didn't make any difference. I realized that the z-axis offset was too high (I don't really know anything about 3d printing, but from the little that I've read, this seemed to be the issue.), so adjusted it a little and tried again. Third time was a charm and it started printing a little boat. We tried again with the other file and after a couple of hours had a little rabbit. Once she saw the printer in action, she started getting really excited about it and has been looking up things to print. It'll take a while to get to grips with everything and eventually we'll look at how to create our own designs to print them.
  9. How else would I pick my nose? I can't use a plectrum.
  10. Considering the overall state of it, I don't think it would worry me.
  11. Some adverts are rather artistic. Ones like the Ridley Scott Hovis advert, the Dunlop tyre adverts (with Venus in Furs) or the some of the Guinness ones are classics in their own right. People remember them for the style, whereas they remember ones like the Shake'n'Vac ads for their cheesiness and catchy jingles.
  12. You could get a couple of the JustinGuitar books. He has a website and YouTube channel with hundreds of videos to go with them.
  13. People who were born at the turn of the Millennium will be getting married now, so they will want to hear the songs they grew up with, a lot of which will be stuff from the last decade.
  14. He is Jason Newsted and I claim your £5
  15. I saw them live at about the same time. They're from Larne, about 20 miles up the road from me, so i don't know why I haven't seen them more often.
  16. Have you considered therapy? (and i don't mean the band)
  17. I never knew that Willie Thorne could sing...
  18. Do they cover Canandian melodic death metal band, Quo Vadis? Quo Vadis 😄
