  1. Just to add, the price includes the courier costs and I am in the market for a new bass so would consider potential trade for a suitable high end bass fretted or fretless, preferably a 4 stringer. If anyone is feeling generous a Wal would be great 😉
  2. SOLD Pedulla Pentabuzz in aqua/turquoise burst Really in two minds about this, but just not getting played. For me the best fretless basses out there and since the retirement of Mr Pedulla and the closure of the workshop they are becoming a little scarce. Beautiful to play with a fantastic range of tones, if you’re after ultimate mwah then this is it. Stunning finish changing from blue to green depending on the light. Sadly she is just not being played and is rather too valuable to be sitting in her hard case. Due to the current situation with shipping and crazy costs this is a UK sale only, sorry. Comes with a non Pedulla hard case. Purchased from Bass Direct by myself and as their photos are better than mine and she is still in the same lovely condition, just one or two surface marks as expected for a 21 year old, but fairly negligible to eyeI Happy to field any pertinent questions. Please use private message as often these sales become personal opinion threads. Weight is 4.1kg according to my scales. Happy to courier fully tracked and with suitable bomb proof packing. (Courier cost included in price) 4A flame maple body, turquoise trans finish, maple through neck, ebony polyester finish fingerboard. NECK: Capillary (neck-through), 3 piece maple laminate SCALE LENGTH: 34 inches FINGERBOARD: Ebony NUMBER OF FRETS: 24/24 inlaid white markers, (plus finish on the fretless Buzz fingerboard) INLAY: Mother of Pearl, 5mm dots NUT: Bone TRUSS ROD: Single rod, double-acting adjustable with two stiffening bars HARDWARE COLOR: Gold BRIDGE: Custom gold, 19mm spacing MACHINE HEADS: M.V. 10. Interested, any photos?
  11. I believe that Mark Bedford “Bedders” from the group Madness plays one. Excellent value. Glwts.
  12. Lovely basses, well worth the money. I have the same in blue, lovely neck on them. glwts.
  13. My Pentabuzz is easily the best fretless I have played, with them no longer produced they are also a good investment 😉 good luck with the sale.
  14. Another fan here, have purchased at least 8 basses from Mark and the gang over the years, all were delivered perfectly, set-up well, well packaged and they are always happy to help. Hope they are reading these comments!
  15. I have been saving for quite a while for my dream Fretless a Wal MK (anything) in four or five string, then early this morning I get a mail from a mate who has seen one for sale on the Bass Gallery and go to the website immediately, I eagerly pop ithe beauty into the basket and pay. I am over the moon with the thought of my dreams coming true, I receive the email confirmation and then try and work out how to hide it from the other half and two hours later I get a phone call from them, and my face goes from smile to frown in a second, there is a mix up and someone bought it overnight via bank transfer... ouch and double blooming ouch! Not so smiling Steve.

  17. That’s just lovely, the current waiting list is over 3 years and they don’t appear to lock in the current price, so in 3 plus years you may be paying considerably more than the current stated £6.5k. Sorely tempted, but the other half knows exactly Wal are the Rolls Royce of basses and I won’t have picked it up for a fiver! 😉 Good luck with the sale!
  18. Just weighed again and just under 11lbs but not much...
