Thanks all for the thoughts thus far. I didn't get to play it but I did see a CASA head in a guitar store in Paris. That thing was huge for a solid state amp, so it's striaght off the short list. I went up to Bass Direct last week, and although I walked out with a new guitar (oops) I was really hoping they would have the MB heads, but they had neither the LM3 or the LMT 😢 that I could try.

I'm re-working my current rig and have subsequently (and possibly stupidly) decided to sell my Super Compact to help fund. It's a Gen3 - full specs: https://barefacedbass.com/product-range/Super-Compact.htm Cab is 6 months old and only gigged once, therefore in excellent condition. Comes with padded Roqsolid cover with the following options selected: Seam Binding Colour Black Level Of Padding FoamGuard - 5mm Foam Padding & Cloth Cable Pocket Not Required Placeholder Strap 1 X Placeholder Strap Internal Board Protection Pouch Not Required Handle Hole Flap(s) 1 Handle Hole Flap Required Collection only and I'm not looking for trades. Thanks

This week I've been reworking my pedal board. I've fitted it out with a great set of pedals, spent some time routing all the power cables neatly and safely on the underside of the board and now I want to look at my patch cables, especially as I'm currently using EBS flat cables - eeek. I watched the video above and fancied a few of the cables recommended, especially the purple providence ones or even the Ibanez cables, but it seems most listed are not easily available in the UK (from what I could find on google). What patch cables do you guys recommend?? I don't need many 4-5x 15cm lengths and 2x 20 cm lengths. Bonus points for blue or purple coloured cables :).

Reworked my pedal board this week - pretty simple compared with a lot of what I've seen posted in this thread but I'm really happy with this configuration! Just need to work on the cabling as it's a bit of a mess.

Scott's website has recently been re-designed and is much better now. The material has been categorised into ability levels and the lessons into themes. It's much easier to find relevant content which always used to a bug bear of mine. IMO the course material is excellent if you invest the time to work through it. I've not found the campus forum to be that useful and the individual lessons that are usually on YouTube can be a bit hit or miss, but overall I'd say it's worth it. I just wish I had more time to invest.
