  1. The loom I have has a screw terminal for that too , similar to the P. bass one here from kiogon
  2. Hi CV, I fitted a solderless stack knob control plate to my jazz, and I just cut the wires off the old one and used the screw terminals on the new one 🙂
  3. 1995 is , Luniz- I got 5 on it 🙂
  4. Hi harlequin, assuming they are compatible, can you not try Kiogons loom with your N3 pickups and see how it sounds, I’ve got these looms , and they really do transform the sound, they are great 🙂
  5. Just listened to a good Trojan records set, there’s a good varied mix of old and new tunes and a few classics ☝️
  6. Have you put a saved search on eBay just in case it gets listed, you never know ead.
  7. I remember when I was looking at Yamaha attitude basses , this video came up, I don’t know much about him , but he’s well fast with 3 and 4 fingers
  8. Ive tried this a few times after seeing a friend play with all 4 fingers, and I found it really difficult, I used this video for a few exercises, apologies if you’re more advanced than this 🙂

  15. That’s well nice Raslee ☝️, how does it sound
  16. I never clean my ones after playing, but I’ve got a thing about always cleaning my hands before I pick one up, sometimes I’ll pick a few basses from their hangers on a Saturday morning and give them a wipe over with fender custom shop spray but that’s about it.
  17. Listening to a bit of John Holt
  18. I only use flats and It’s not you, as Silvia says, they are stiff, I’ve got the fender flats on one of my jazzes and I’ve left them on hoping they would flex a bit with use, but they haven’t , I wouldn’t use them again.
  19. He’s got some good videos of just him drumming, I use them sometimes for practice 🙂
  20. More from Wata faya crew
  21. A nice medley here with reggae drummer Karigan and some sweet Basslines .
  22. 6x1 par will come up 145x20 finished size, which is plenty, I would go 5x1 which is 125mm 🙂
  23. I’ve got a Lindo semi acoustic, which does have a nice sound both acoustically and when plugged in , but it’s pretty quiet, despite having a fairly big body
  24. Good advice there, I’ve only ever used flats from the early 80s and some brands can feel a bit tacky, I’ve found labella’s are ok , but I tried fender flats and they were almost sticky but a quick wipe with alcohol wipes and they were fine.
