  2. I’m the opposite, I don’t like the music but I like the films, I also like the cliff richard films, I think something is wrong with me 😁

  7. There’s a blue plaque at 42 Oakley Street in Chelsea, where Bob Marley lived in 1977 , it’s where he was living while recording Exodus, apparently he also used to meet up with the Clash while living there
  8. It’s possible, should be able to tell by the silk colour
  9. I play a fair bit with the thumb but I’ve never used the rest, quite a few basses I’ve had already had them fitted, I think sometimes it’s there because it’s period correct like the 62RI jazzes
  10. I’ve got a couple of mint ones that I wouldn’t lend out, but i leant my precision to a good friend who had a short notice night to play in Southend, it sounded amazing in his hands and it was good to hear someone else playing it
  11. Very cool, i like that

  16. Not 100% sure but before a certain year I’d say yes, here’s a 72 with the pin holes
  17. I think it’s probably where they pinned a router template on to rout the body shape/ contouring
  18. Aren’t they pin router holes from when they made the body
  19. Thanks ped, there’s some nice people here, I’m glad to help out when i can 🙂
  20. Hey Andy, I’ve just remembered that I had these in my string drawer, I’ve been through so many strings but I’m fairly sure they are labella originals and high tension, the silks are a bit frayed but you can have them for nothing if they are any good to you
  21. I tried those , light blue silks I think, and yeah they are very stiff feeling, maybe ok if you play with a pick but they wasn’t for me, they are still in my string drawer
  22. Chilling to cornel Campbell
  23. Just bought Graham’s tascam, absolute gentleman to deal with, great communication, a highly recommended BC’er , thanks, Tony 👍
  24. It would be good to have some kind of flatwound tension chart as this gets mentioned quite a bit , I took this a long while ago when someone asked me about my strings , these are LTF’s
