  1. Same for me on iPad
  2. All amps are wrong for that 😁
  3. That’s good, I don’t think I’ve ever heard anyone say they don’t like them, only that they weigh a bit but weight doesn’t bother me
  4. The V4 drops a really nice reggae tone too, that’s why I’ve held on to mine, I have the treble fully off , mids on 10 o clock, bass on 2 o clock and the ultra low on , simple eq and it sounds great
  5. Nice one, I didn’t think you would be disappointed 👌,I find with the ultra low on its a great tone , kinda warms it up
  6. Not sure I believe that 🧐
  7. I’ve always used 15’s with no problem whatsoever and I still do , but I nervously took the plunge and bought a barefaced big baby 2 , not expecting it to have enough low end for me, I was completely wrong, for a 112 it really puts out some bass
  8. I spotted one lady nodding off and then asleep behind Prince Charles 😁
  9. OP is original poster, that’s you IMO is in my opinion 👍
  10. I mainly play fenders so bolt on for me, I also have a really low action so if the bass doesn’t go low enough a shim has to be added, which is not possible with a neck through
  11. Great video Zak, did I catch a little bit of, welcome to jamrock bassline in there
  12. I thought all jazzes had an A neck, or do you mean the C profile, thanks
  13. Thanks for that, Im used to jazzes so I’m pretty sure a C is going to be too wide for me, whereas the B is Ok
  14. Some of the CS bodies aren’t too bad ,but it’s what they do with the back of the neck I don’t like, I’ve seen some that are almost black to make them look worn, it instantly puts me off buying it
  15. Nice one, I’ve seen a few but there’s not that many of those around
  16. I’ve been looking at some 1960s precision’s lately and I know the neck size changed from a C to a B in 67 , are all the C neck’s 44mm , was there any variation ? , I’m ok with anything up to 42 so I’m wondering if the 44 will be too much
  17. Thanks ,that’s really good , such a nice groove 👍
  18. Worth checking out Barefaced cabs, they are very well built and really light
  19. Perhaps they do ,but given the prices they can get by selling them at auctions because of who they are is so high they sell them
  20. It seems to me that the value of the 60s and early 70s ones have increased quite a bit in the last 3 or even 2 years, and there’s less of them available as there was before ,especially in the uk , in the US they seem to be fetching high prices
  21. Sean Hurley is fast becoming a hero of mine, he doesn’t really play the music I play but he’s got so much groove and articulation going on and I like his playing style, great video here
