  1. Apart from the occasional private reggae party or studio get together I’ve got no intentions of joining any bands, I’ve had 2 offers lately but declined, I just can’t commit or be bothered to lug my stuff around London, I’m happy enough just doing what I’m doing these days 🙂
  2. I’m not great at it but I do like the theory side of bass , I’ve found the modes/ scales helpful to my playing and understanding what I’m playing, pentatonics are my favourites, they are used a lot in reggae so working on those was and is beneficial to me 🙂
  3. Welcome Grace 👍
  4. That’s cool, nice dark fretboard too
  5. Dropping a couple of oldies tonight, first up is Dennis Brown from around 1973 and next is Al Campbell , take a ride, we’ve had this before but this is the studio 1 , good quality
  6. Ok, I downloaded it onto my hi tech TiVo device 😁
  7. Not sure, only watched the first 15 minutes, I’ll catch it later today
  8. I started to watch it and then taped it, looking forward to seeing what they do with the rock/reggae one
  9. Looks nice but a bit pricey I think, non original case and if I translated it right does it say Alnico pickups
  10. Thanks for that, i wasn’t sure if they would be compatible 👍
  11. I’ve viewed their website quite a few times but never bought anything, this feedback is great to know
  12. Thanks, what would you say would be the best way 🙂
  13. Great riddim from sound Iration , dub seal
  14. Question time 😁, as above I use a bb2 which is 8 ohms, which I plug straight into the 8 ohm outlet on the V 4B, I’m thinking of adding a barefaced 2x10s , which is switchable to 4 or 12 ohms, my question is would I just switch the 2x10 to 4 and with an extra lead plug it into the 4 ohm socket on the amp , here’s the spec on the amp, cheers
  15. How much do you think it would be to have the right speakers fitted
  16. BF cab’s are really well built and light, so I think even with those speakers it could still be be a nice cab
