Most of the early 70s Precisions I’ve seen in natural finish have had maple fingerboards and I think they came with white pickguards , not to say there isn’t any with rosewood and black pickguard as I’m sure you could order what you wanted
I was chatting with the bass zone and I mentioned that David Isaacs song, Hard Road to travel is one of my favourite songs and Basslines to play, and this afternoon he put this up, he’s such a good player and this is great
Been eyeing the svt ll pro for quite a while now but only recently discovered that they have a fan 😞, I didn’t even notice one, are they switchable to on or off or just on all the time
Quick ampeg question, I was looking the Ampeg SVT 2 Pro but I don’t like the front panel where the slots are for the bolts at the ends , do they do anything to cover these or a housing that looks good
Pretty pricey but a really nice 66 P listed yesterday, haven’t seen many in this condition

The adagio flats are really good strings for the price, I’ve had a set on one of my jazzes for about 7 or 8 years, they are not bright flats and they are still sounding good
If I only had the one precision I would have changed them back to the labella’s , but because I’ve got a few it’s nice to have different sounding ones, I’m definitely leaving them on , the more I play it the more I like them
