+1 Very cool looking bass....it just looks like it'll sound great, which I'm sure it does... And a good price too for a 32 year old vintage Leo Fender bass! GLWTS
2.
Hi Bazbass, welcome to the forum. Lovely bass that I expect most would agree is underpriced Cheers Chris
+1 Great bass at a very good price indeed, so it shouldn't be for sale on here for too long. Good luck with it!
3. Just sold a Fender bridge to Sim, Nice and easy transaction, very happy to deal with again. Thanks Nik
4.
Nice demo, a pity you didn't show us some b string action
+1 Good sounding bass, nice playing too... GLWTS!
5. I used to have the 70's KSD 5 string some years back (this one is the 60's model).. Bought it direct from Bernie Goodfellow and it was a very nice bass.. GLWTS!
6. Cool looking bass, Owen; how does it sound? Shame to let something so individual go, but what 'GAS' wants, 'GAS' usually gets! GLWTS
7.
beautiful bass glws
+1
8.
Merry Christmas to everyone. Hope you all have a great time. And all the best for 2015.
+ 1 So far, so good...
9. Merry Xmas Folks! Another + 1 for 'The Message' - the classic hip-hop record of it's time IMO and pretty influential too.
10.
Well done us!
+1
11. Hi Folks, A quick update on the funds raised for you, which were allocated as follows: Prostate Cancer UK: £250 Enable Me: £150 Red Cross Ebola Appeal: £100 With Gift Aid, the total donated to charitable causes from this Bash was an amazing £625! Thanks to everyone who came and contributed on the day, and also to Hamster for dealing with all the financial matters so brilliantly! See you next year Nik
12.
Wow.
+1 Very cool looking bass... GLWTS
13. I used to have one of these, so this brings back a few memories.. Built like a tank but as you say, they sound fabulous as a result! No need for one now as I have too many cabs already, but it'd match up nicely with my H&K BassBase 600, that's for sure.. Anyway, GLWTS
14. Good question; i was thinking the same thing about whether there's a shim already in the neck.. If there isn't, then it could solve the neck relief/lower action issues quite nicely. Cool looking bass by the way and GLWTS!
15. Sold my Boss ME50b to Rob, After a very long-winded process, I finally met him yesterday in London to deliver the Boss, and we had a cool Basschat related conversation for 5 minutes or so.. He's a great person to deal with, excellent comms throughout and I would be very happy to deal with him again! As he said in his feedback for me: 'Deal with in total confidence' Hope you enjoy the ME50b Rob and no doubt see you again - good luck with your plans for a Central London Bass Bash by the way; it's a great idea! Nik
16. Cheers Rob! It was great to meet you finally yesterday... Thanks for being patient with it all...Hope you enjoy using the ME50B; it's a really cool FX unit.. Will leave you some positive feedback too, All the best Nik
17.
These are such good basses. Practically giving it away. Hope it goes to a good home - would have had it myself but I am really trying to be good. The fact that I have hovered over these images for a good five minutes, makes me think I am not cured yet. Good luck. Cheers.
+1
18.
My old one weighed in at 4.8 kilos. Sounds heavy but it's not when it's on. One of the most comfortable and well balanced basses I'd ever owned. They are the ultimate 5 string unless you want to spend double the money. Good luck with the sale.
+1 GLWTS
19.
I love mine.
Me too! I can't believe what this little unit has to offer.. The amp sims are really cool - especially the GK800, the Markbass and the Aguilar. But there's also a couple of really useful pre-amps as well. On top of that, the compressors are really good - the dbx160 clone is so good I'm not using my real dbx compressor! Just for those features alone, it's fantastic, but there's the tuner, drum machine and looper to make it even more indispensable. And it's a lot of fun too. Worth a lot more than the asking price IMHO.
20. Dave bought my p/j pick ups and all went smoothly... Great person to deal with so buy/trade in complete confidence!
21. Don't see many Lag basses on here so this is a bit of a treat! Looks really nicely made with good features and hardware.. A lot of quality for a fair price. GLWTS!
