1. This beauty used to be mine & incredibly - considering it has no truss rod - had the lowest 'playable' action I've ever experienced on any bass, anywhere, ever! - whoever bought it will not be diasappointed & then some!! - 'still' miss it with a passion !!
2. Hi Guys, Anyone know of any Bands playing in the Lake District area next week?? - need live music!!
3. anyone ??
Hi Guys, I would be eternally grateful if anyone has the dots or a tab of this - or even just the chords?? I'm afraid my old cloth ears can't hear what's going on on my old Dansette !! All donations gratefully received Thanks Guys
4. Great Guy & an absolute pleasure to trade with !! Deal with confidence Guys - Stephen is an absolute Gent Thanks again All the best Tim
5. Thanks so much Guys - your help is & will be very much appreciated - it's hard for me to pick things out with my musically 'cloth ears' - but as bad as I am, I just love trying to do as good as job as possible for the sake of the other Guys in the band - even if it's just one note - as long as it's the right note! Thanks again, All the best Tim
6. Hi Guys, Does anyone know the bassline to this classic track?? - I'm struggling to pick it up on my Dansette with my old cloth ears !! The dots, tabs, or even just the chords would be helpful?? - all donations gratefully received! All the best, Tim

9. Hi Guys, it would appear that the kitchen viper has had a count up of my amps & has come to the sum of 'three'! - which was quickly followed by quoting me as follows:- 'It's a must to have 'two' amps - a main & a back up'!! - it's my own fault for playing with all three at the same time - hence one has to go !! It's an Eden World Tour WTX 260 - which apparently gives 300w into 4 ohms - all I know is - it's blinking loud as heck!! Built in the good old USA & has a lovely warm, deep sound - apparently - again due to the Eden Golden Chip - which is the same type as fitted to High End Mixing Desks?? - but because the EQ section has such an incredible tonal range, it's possible to dial in any sound you want from deep, deep sub bass - to a bright slap sound. Small & light enough to be picked up with two fingers - (not recommended) & will fit into a gig bag - fab! & to say it was 'feature packed' would be an understatement at the very least - check out the front & rear panels!! It's in lovely condition & can be yours for a firm £325 - including free next day, fully insured delivery, - UK only of course or £310 - collected - I'm 'still' 5 minutes from Junction 15 of the M6 - someone has to be!! - pssst on the subject of trades the only thing that would appeal is 'another' Markbass head & then I'd just have to remember 'not' to get them both out - (oo-er missus) - at the same time! Thanks Guys
10. and replied to + new pic added as requested - showing the inside of the control cavity to show that this is an 'all graphite' model & not a wooden bodied - graphite laminated jobbie - apparently??
11. Thanks, you would love this Status - it's a belter ! Good luck with the sale of your Bike All the best, Tim
12. Hi Guys, Errrrrrrrrr - does anyone wish to swap their fretted Status for my Lined Fretless jobbie ?? - but must be headless like this one. You'd have thought that my 'mates' - having heard me caterwauling on my Squier Fretless - also for sale - strangely enough - would have said - 'buy one with frets if you are going to spend that much money - please'?? I should have realised at my age that a cloth eared old bint like me was never going to master a fretless bass - even 'with' chalk marks !! - I kept thinking 'maybe it will all click tomorrow' - but it never did! I watch in amazement at my friend playing his 6 string fretless - with 'no' chalk marks 'or' side markers!! - how the heck do you fretless Guys do it?? - 'we are not worthy'!! I believe it's a Series 2000 all Graphite beauty in exceptional condition for any age, let alone a 25 year old Classic & very lightweight for a Status - under 9lbs! Fitted with Status Hot Wire black nylon coated strings, so combined with the Graphite neck & Phenolic fingerboard - it's fast & sleek - (obviously 'too' fast & sleek for an old plodder like me) ! Complete with Status 5 Star Full Flightcase. Or would be asking for £875 ovno for a straight sale & will obviously consider a p/x - so W.H.Y?? Pick up prefered, but it's OK if you are a scrillion miles away & wish to arrange your own courier - as my logistics are on a par with my playing ability ! Thanks Guys - sorry to be a pain - 'yet again' !!
13. Cheers Paul, - thought my previous one was good, but this baby is 'blinking fab' !!

16. Bump for a great Guy with an unbelievable amp for sale! - I am astounded that this hasn't been snapped up yet - Tiny, powerful & all the tonal range I could imagine anyone ever needing & if the synchro on 2nd gear of my VW?? hadn't decided to 'do it's own thang' - I couldn't have seen me parting with this - ever! In fact the tonal range of this left my Little Mark & Eden amps 'wanting' - well to my old cloth ears anyroad up + I'm way too stupid to have got the best out of the amazing semi - parametric EQ section !!

19. Can't believe this hasn't be snapped up yet? - it's a great amp with as much power as you are ever likely to need & is suberb tonally + P is a geat Guy to deal with ! Dip yer bread Guys
20. Thanks, I think it's an old dog - new tricks deal !! Love Jazzes, played one for 10 years - what's the spec & does it have dots, or blocks?
