1. Nah I dont worry about the pup He's gone past any kind of chewing, he was running past me & hopped into the bottom of the guitar.....it was a lovely "bonnnngggggg" noise
 2. My puppy tried to run past me the other day & headbutted my acoustic bass .....that was a great noise lol pets are ace
 3.
Removed, patched, sanded and forgotten.
What ? You removed the towel holder ? What if you get sweaty ?
 4.
No, but stop looking at it!
......sorry but it calls to me
 5. Stepping left at the traffic lights a bit here but has anyone worked out what the strap thing is for on the stagg EUB ? I keep looking at it thinking ......why ? am I being stupid ?
 6.
Thanks Fumps, You've left very big shoes to fill- its those clown feet!! I think you might be overstating it somewhat that one day we'll be a "great" band: we merely aspire to being "distinctly average"!
Lol bless you mate. You guys have it in you just keep working at it. Now we have to just find the right bassist for you.....come on guys!!! Roll up roll up peeps !!! Come & get it....they are almost house trained (well, nearly)
 7.
We've now had several enjoyable months under Fump's stewardship, and whisper it quietly but we might have actually improved!!!! (slightly). Unfortunately Fumps has now had to duck/ chicken/ bird of your choice out due to other commitments (or maybe he's just being committed?). So once again we're on the hunt for an (almost) completely useless basis. We prize sense of humour above talent (well we have to) but as has been said elsewhere we are trying to be a band, and we're looking forward to the day when we're qualified enough to have musical differences! And if you need a reference Fumps of this parish can attest to what a bunch of talentless tossers we truly are!
GuySlay's post as usual is a but unfair on himself lol. I can vouch for these guys personally, they are top blokes & will make a great band once up to speed. Its just a shame I cannot continue with them due to time restraints more than not wanting to. I'm happy to help out if I can with anything a budding bass player may need if they are interested in giving these guys a go. Dave I wish you and all guys the best of luck finding the right guy.
 8. I know a group of guys who are looking for a Bass player in the Bramley/Kirkstall area of Leeds. Basic covers played, nothing too fancy or taxing but will definitely suit a starter or learner bass player, they are a really nice bunch of guys who are trying to get a proper band going. if you can help or you want more info or contact details please PM me & I will send you the details. cheers guys
 9. I would imagine if you can plug a MP3 player through it, it would accept a Metronome through it. As a matter of fact I've had a blonde moment, I have run my Pandora through the stagg as a Metronome & that worked fine. so I am pretty sure it will work mate.
 10. I was once bidding for a DJ mixer, I put a bid in for £70 which was more than fair, it ended up selling for £120. you could but it from turnkey £135 delivered brand new......?!? I stopped bidding for items after that.
 11.
Describe how to do it properly. You turn up, punters are standing in the rain waiting... Then what ?
Remember glasses on eyes Words out of mouth Breathe dont drool Make sure no one can see your chuds No fire truck impressions yet.........take your time And were off !
 12. Love this mate....I'm now following you
 13. ***Puts bass down in shame*** Bloody hell mate. top playing !! love it

 18.
Nice! MaxineQuaye is one of the best debut albums ever, even if the man himself hates it... His Bristol gig was a bit of an anti-climax
Yes the exact album in question, bits of Blowback as well
 19. That's ace I'd be well chuffed if i got that letter.
 20.
I was thinking about using a bigger bit so they struggle to get out the chair & see the panic on their face. But that would be equally as humorous.
I like the cut of your jib.....now you have me thinking
 21.
I'm in that minority as well. I'll wear 'branded' clothing if it relates to a workplace thing, but that's about it. Having said that, I wouldn't wear it, but I do find this funny:
I actually do own this t-shirt & do wear it I dont really wear witty t-shirt's either but I love this one.The other logo t-shirts I wear are stuff I buy like "Fox" or "Burton" clothes. Recently I have had a crisis of style so have decided to drop the surfer style that I dress in and move to a more classic style, I just dont want to look like an old fart that is trying to look young.
 22.
I've always been tempted to get a good chunk of heavy duty hook velcro & stick it on someone's back (without then knowing, of course) & wait until they sit on a loop fabric chair.
And watch their face change when they hear that sound
