  1. In my view, the best 5 string out there and the one that set the standard!! I so miss my TRB 5 Best of luck mate, Andy
  2. I totally adore my BV1001T and it is all you say and more The 'Chinese pap' thing is an olde joke from a previous thread between AgedHorse and I regarding Hartke.
  3. Chinese pap? lol πŸ˜‚
  4. I'm sure the Bugera BV1001T is a copy of the Streamliner, @agedhorse will definitely know
  5. For fun, try out the Bugera Veyron BV1001T, 3 x valve pre and digital out. Rated at 2000w but really around 600w. They are amazing and super cheap. https://www.bugera-amps.com/product.html?modelCode=P0AED https://www.bugera-amps.com/product/review.html?modelCode=P0AED https://www.thomann.de/gb/bugera_bv1001t_veyron_bass_head.htm
  6. I did too and was early, very early 80s. ☺️
  7. Superb! I remember the early 80s through neck Satellite basses that were identical to this, stunners! Real piece of nostalgia there πŸ™β€οΈ GLWTS, Andy
  8. Absolutely superb basses! I bought a violet fade LT - same combo as yours - from Geoffio last year and I am utterly blown away by how good these Spector basses are. If I recall correctly, they weigh in at 3.9kgs and do include the internal trim pot. Good luck although you shouldn't need to as that bass will sell itself! Andy
  9. My favourite of the 3pro range, totally awesome!
  10. Aww bummer mate next time or hopefully Christmas brings you a lovely surprise
  11. Did you get it??
  12. It is a real shame because, Behringer and many others for that reason, have unlimited access to cheap Chinese manufacturing, electronic designers and factories that enable them to hoover up any patents that are no longer protected, while churning out much cheap equipment from massive Chinese manufacturing plants. Although expensive, I love UK made HiFi and US Ampegs etc! However, most of this is now owned by groups such as Behringer and IAG, then massed produced in China. Castle, Wharfedale, Ruark, Cyrus, Tannoy, Ampeg and the list goes on. I guess luckily, Ampeg are now owned by Yamaha.
  13. About Β£600 πŸ‘
  14. Wow! Looks gorgeous
  15. Absolutely, art takes time and getting it right for you takes even longer. Looking forward to seeing the project take shape for you.
  16. Absolutely beautiful 😍 any further forward with bex?
  17. Might need to spoil myself x2 lol Oh
  18. Darkglass 1x12
  19. Those are of interest to me.
  20. Dood used to use two HD112s, his style of playing requires clarity in all registers so, he would be a great person to ask for some advice from. I have an HX112, it's really cool and I'm on the hunt for another. I like the tweeter and the ability to change the ohms setting on a single cab. Don't know how to tag him in but will try @Dood
  21. On recent events and media coverage;
  22. It is the first bass I've owned since my old Yamaha mk1 TRB5 that ticked all the boxes. Looks great and sound sublime I love the pup/preamp combo as is really dark for me.
  23. Totally love the LT4 I bought from you
  24. Love the roasted maple neck on these! Buy with confidence from Geofio, his basses are pristine! Good luck with the sale mate Andy.
