3. Use it or lose it. I had a break from bands for about a year, then when I got back into it my 'ear' had gone. I did a thread about it at the time. What helps me, is transcribing. If not the notes then at least the structure.

 7.
I would say if you naturally use 2 fingers, I am not sure what using 3 will give you.
If you can use 3 fingers, it doesn't stop you being able to use 2 fingers. Difference is, you are not limited to 2 fingers.
 8. Billy Sheehan, in one of his vids, talks about how because the first and third fingers are similar in length, using them for peddling gives a more even sound.

 11. Motley Crue' s infamous bio The Dirt. But if you want the full story you also need Lude Crued and Rude. Also included The Heroin Diaries. All books posted for £15·99 All books are in good condition, but do not look new. There is no spine creasing on either but The Dirt has a weird graze along the back cover which is difficult to capture in a pic. Will put pics up later.
 12.
it's not the best website... but if you can track down Mike Walsh's number he's a pleasure to talk to on the phone.
And in person. When I lived nearer to the Bass Merchant he was my go-to-guy.
