I spoke to them last night. They are awaiting contact from Action Fraud before they continue.

Absolutely agree 100% A lot of sites would’ve just blanketed it and not allowed comments for potential ramifications but @ped has played a blinder. Kudos to him

Yeah I wasn't going to put it on FB groups but I have today. There are a lot of musicians who have been in touch about unpaid fees for gigs too. So as well as the gear he doesn't sent or refund, gigs aren't being paid for. This guy runs a fairly large organisation and needs to be stopped.

Yeah I am talking to him on Facebook. My claim is in with Action Fraud along with the bank. I am happy to put together a joint case/claim with anyone who has been ripped off by the 'man'. Seeing as he is a moderator on some FB groups ( unreal isn't it) and also has friends in others I suggest that people are wary about what they post on there, just make sure it is factually correct to cover your derrière. I have blocked him on Facebook as of this morning so it will all go through bank etc.now. I don't even care about the money, just getting this bloke out of the loop and make him realise that what he is doing is not cool.

Nope I have received nothing BUT he did PROMISE it would be paid today. 7th times a charm. There were also at least 3 others who tried to do similar on FB in the groups it was listed it but MM had them taken down and said he’s sue for slander

Yeah I’ve done similar, tweaked that patch and another I got from a mate. It does sit lovely in the band mix too, but I like having the amp giving it the beans in a kinda no frills way. Glad you got sorted out though mate 🤘

Especially ripping off fellow musicians/bassists who are having the absolute shittest of times with no gigs ( I know you are boasting about still gigging with your pantomime buddies) and low on funds and you 'sell gear' with absolutely no intent of sending it, apart from back to yourself! The absolute lowest of the low and I hope everyone including myself gets their money back and you pay for being an absolute silly man We aren't 'sad keyboard warriors' its a community who gives a stinky poo and when someone like yourself acts in this abhorrent way it needs to be highlighted and dealt with.
