  5. As above the grills look different as well as the cones, + the smx has more features, I always think if you have a stack you want it to look the part as well, that one looks a bit of a miss mash although probably sounds fine!
  6. Was going to have a listen to you but your website dont seem to work!
  7. I never get my sound just right I guess I must be going above 4 on the dial! There cant be a definitive answer to this question as there are to many factors to take into account! I would have thought most 150w and above would suit most pub/rehearsal situations, make sure it has di out to give you scope to use it through a pa for bigger events and you can still use your combi/amp/head etc as a monitor!

    Pups

Hi folks I read with interest you guys changing the pups in p basses does it make lots of difference that would be unobtainable through eq? Is the any good sound clips to compare the sound? I have a 98 mia p bass to play classic rock and would like to keep it original looking at least is this possible? And is it easy to change the pups, I would like a bit more thump/thud! Thanks for reading Eddy

I dont know if there is a perfect setup at the moment I just take peoples word for it ill try the E string saddle to see if that makes a difference. Thanks again Ed
