  1. + 1 for Crafter, Yamaha and particularly the Gretsch Jim Dandy Parlour, just so much fun and really easy to play.
  2. Thank you Late Junction...
  3. Welcome @BBbats
  4. Had two of these, absolutely amazing basses for the money GLWTS.
  5. Another delicious bass, what is it?
  6. Offffft, that’s lovely... what is it?
  7. I do love Hexstatic and The Herbaliser.
  8. Some of the guitar sounds like very early Killing Joke, which is nice.
  9. Actually I do wonder why so many basses are churned out in the default Fender shapes, I suppose the majority of players are just used to them. I’ve not (so far) found one I liked enough to keep. I bought a Sandberg late last year but haven’t had the chance to pick it up yet, I can’t imagine it will drag me away from my Rob Allens for long! We disagree (at least me with you) on very little in reality.
  10. Smack in the balls.
  11. ‘Fraid not, I tried one about a year ago along with an Ibanez Talman and a Squier Jaguar. I just remember it being the heaviest of the three. I bought the Squier*. *which I sold after about a month because I didn’t get on with it btw.
  12. Welcome @slojo
  13. Really nice basses but I was quite surprised how heavy they are.
  14. Welcome @GrooveTubeBass
  15. Handily named as well...
  16. I think this is by far the best option.
  17. You do live in the middle of nowhere but that nowhere happens to be near where the South West Bass Bash is held where you could try out all sorts of stuff once this virus is dying down.
  18. Obviously I’m going to rock up and say this is your opportunity to ditch the trad amp/cab rig and go for an FRFR setup, best thing I ever did.
  19. Absolutely this ^. A favourite of mine, that I’ve posted before but who cares...
