    I have never listened to Alison Krauss. I particularly like the very close and often dissonant harmonies between Gillian Welch & David Rawlings and the dissonance in the latter’s guitar playing.

    I emailed Sandberg last night at 20:30 asking if I could email them the serial number of the bass so I could get any info on it. I received an affirmative reply from Sven this morning at 06:19, great service so far.

    Oh that’s fine, neither of my ACGs nor the Rob Allen’s have dots between the frets, that’s fine.

    I didn’t know they had a short scale available! Mind you I don’t like the look of it at all. I have this stupid niggle in the back of my brain that makes me think I have to have a 34” in the rack so I’m always scouting for one but I’m not sure I really do.

    Any matte sunburst finish just dings my dong. The whole 34” or stick with short scales is what’s really bugging me which I why I was considering the Maruszczyk. What I really need to do is get up to Jabba and finally get the bass he’s been working on for me!

    Yes, but it has a light fingerboard which is a no-no for me.
