  6. It’s the only way to get a duck to compliment Black Forest Gateau...
  7. I'm loving these at the moment, any recommendations for this kind of sassy NY detective angular Jazz please feel free to let me know!
  8. What a great band, just had to say that as they don't get mentioned around these parts much, Long Line of Cars is a real favourite of mine.
  9. Or rather tell me if it’s yours.
  10. I think I’m right in saying (having referred back to messages between Jabba and I) that it can be removed with the strings loosened.

  12. I did almost two decades of band butlering, suffice to say never again.

  15. if you’re going to make a racket, do it properly, excellent.
  16. That is outweighed by the weight of loading ones rig in and out of the venue!
  17. Absolutely, and is it just me or does it improve the overall look of the bass? I think it just adds to the lovely organic curves of the whole thing. I know I keep repeating myself but that @Jabba_the_gut has no idea just how good he is.
  18. I’m with I’m with you @bubinga5, this man is a... ...hang on, you know what? I’m feeling bad about saying that now. Sure I don’t like his style nor his showmanship but perhaps he’s a decent chap and loves his Mum. Nothing about the video does anything for me but each to his own.
  19. ...and quite like the very London way that people still say ‘out of’ when referring to where they were born, my Dad *spits* used to say it “You’re out of Camden Town ‘aintcha?”.
  20. It’s a ‘lil work of beautiful design art in itself, let alone fitted on to that gorgeous bass! God I can’t wait to get it in the rack!
