    Isn’t the answer for this simple ? Three sets of pole pieces per pup half, the A gets two sets under it, one half are dummy. But you get visual symmetry

    Only keep stuff you love to bits, like my hand reliced p bass here (go to page 1, it’s not the bass shown below) and my vintage stingray copy (partner sneakily bought for me, punches far above its weight)

    So I have a pass out. Partner said she was taking the kids to a horse show the following weekend “so, yes, absolutely” won’t be bringing the white jazz bass as it’s been parted out for financial reasons
