1. Owned my SL900 since they came out (or thereabouts), and yes I've had head turned by other bits of gear - I'm now on Bassman 100T's. But it's probably a keeper/back-up until it goes properly kaput (touches wood, it's had zero issues). Also a great choice where lots of stairs are involved.

Aesthetically, I love the look of the bigger tuners on the Gibson 2x2's.

Firstly, love blablas' fanned fret lefty EB-alike earlier in this thread. This was my 1963 EB3, originally a really tatty cherry and eventually refinished in Nitro and Polaris white. Sorry for poor pic. Gigged it upside down for 10 years then sold it to a friend. Now moved onto Status King Basses which I feel are kinda inspired by the Gibson LPjr double cutaway / EB0.
4. Anyone have any experience with a Warwick Star bass 4 or 5 !!?? Really warming to the idea of a white one...(amongst the masses of other basses I'm gassing for).
5. Brilliant stuff !
6. Guilty, the Std. has pretty much become my go-to axe.
7. I'd check out the Fender Bassman 100T as well. Got mine going through 2x HS210 Bergs.
8. Barely used - £35 collected ? Chester area. This is a shallow case - 16" in length - quoted as internal 13" for gear. Great for smaller amps Genz, MB, GK etc. Possibly interested in a swap for a decent 2U std depth rack case. 9. Thx for the offer of the stunning looking ACG, sadly it's not quite me !
10. ...if only this was cack handed !!! Nice.
11. Last bump for this bass before it goes on consignment at a quality Bass Store near you ! Still interested in PX's for Status King Bass 5 or something mad like a Warwick Stryker...
12. Yup, fully agree with everyone.
13. That's a positive !
14. Sweet ! Would love to see something like this available at a sensible price - especially a left handed version.
15. Bravewood ? Nope. LH Nash - yes, tried a relic 60's Jazz - wasn't fussed to be honest. Looked nice but was a bit of a let down playing-wise in my opinion.
16. +1 Good stuff. Heard 'The Journey In' in a local Starbucks - had to ask...had to buy. Even their xmas single was cool.
17. I paid half up front then remainder on completion.
18. Get the order in - great basses !
19. That seems a decent price - just a shame the standard Warwick headstock does nothing compared to the rest of the bass.
20. Delivery fees seem quite reasonable.
21. 1996 Music Man Stingray 4 Lined Fretless. My mass clear out continues, too many basses not getting any use and I've just bought a new amp. Natural, mad maple neck black scratch plate, MM case and the frets if you feel like undoing the work ! Fitted with Fender Flats 40-100., Think Bernard...back in the day when mm used mental bits of wood. I'm really 50/50 about this but I've not used it for eons. £800 collected. I'd prefer a cash sale but can occasionally be persuaded with mad things - or can use this bass and/or any of the others I'm selling if it's interesting. Pics: Not the greatest but you get the idea... 22. Crown again, cheap and mega reliable in my experience Used mine behind all sorts of pre amps, can't knock it.
23.
I have an Epic and it is an awesome bass. Anyone who buys this won't be disappointed. Also MXM is a gent.
Bless ! Thank you. If only there was a 'like' button.
