Yes, the genre thing gets a bit blurred, especially in the early days. When I listened to [i]Sad Wings Of Destiny [/i]and [i]Sin After Sin[/i], I wasn't thinking "[color=#b22222]wow, these guys are really paving the way for the NWOBHM[/color]", I was hearing a fusion of heavy rock and prog (yes, prog - listen to [i]Sinner [/i]again).

As luck would have it, I got to spend a little time with JMJ at the O2 before a NIN gig a few years back (courtesy of Steve Taylor / tayste_2000). I'm an accountant (well, sort-of) who turned up at a major rock gig dressed like a musician (whatever that means) and trying very hard not to be an accountant.
