its a slippery slope i bought a jazz bass and 2 acoustic guitars in around a week!

i got one of those 5 string P bass's a while back on b-stock and i have to say apart form a little bit of a low output its a damn good bass!

They've been on since around 11pm last night, probably the longest Iv seen some on for

P bass and a lefty version and some acoustics just gone up

Picked it up on eBay for £25 or something, quite lucky really

After playing it a bit more it Turns out my deko had quite a bad dead spot on the D string on the 11th fret luckily Iv had a revelation bass neck in my Wardrobe for about 2 years and it's a perfect fit! Looks pretty good together and now I have a pretty sweet jazz that only cost like £55 quid! (Apologies for the aweful pics I only have an iPhone)

Just purchased a Genz focus 112 from Liam, fast, easy and arrived nicely packaged. great guy!

will do! it just kinda looks a bit like it hasnt been finished proporly, i think some wire wool and lemon oil might clean it nicely

Mine arrived at 7.30 this morning, had just enough time to check it over and plug it into my mixer for a quick test, there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with it except the finish isn't amazing on the rosewood fretboard near the body, but the electronics and build quality are fine and it sound, well it sounds like a jazz bass!

I have a full price HB PJ-5 which feels like it has no finish on the neck so that might be normal

i went for a shuttlemax 12.2, it was between that and a streamliner 600 and ended up with the shuttle, so im going to say keep that! but i am biased as i looooove my shuttlemax

i used waterslide paper from ebay turned out great, mine were black and white decals though, i also used it on my coffee mug as i had 7 sheets left!

i bought it off the Onvilab review and the fact they were new on ebay for £60 when i got mine (which i thought was cheap!), well worth the £49!

iv had one a year or so now probably the best compressor i've had for bass, i run it through the master FX loop on my genz shuttlemax and it improves my sound and helps fatten out those higher notes!

i bought one last week and have gigged it twice and it held tune fine, even on the 3 hour drive with it stuffed in the back with all the other gear it came out the other side still in tune, maybe i struck it lucky with mine, i love it!
