    @knicknack thanks for the overview! It looks great and versatile, but I’m not sure I’m willing to drop the money on it just yet. Any suggestions for an alternative pedal that can similarly go from slight grit to almost a fuzz?

    One thing I noticed: Chicago Music Exchange apparently just received their Feraud and Malaman Signatures. The weight isn't listed at the moment for the Malaman, but the Feraud apparently weighs 9.7 lb. Which, sure, seems to be lighter than the average Jabba, but is still heavier than I want mine to be BassDirect told me they expected them to weigh around 9 lb, but emphasized that there would of course be variation in the weight (meaning they couldn't promise anything). But what's interesting is that when I got in touch with Mayones (I was trying to do my due diligence), they estimated they would be around 3.5 kg (approximately 7.7 lb). That would be insanely light, and I wonder where they got the number from

    I was fortunate to try this bass (albeit for not as long as I would've liked), and it plays as good as it looks. Balances perfectly
