3. Huw's top, drifts a little bit too low down for me.
4. Here you go "Blue". 2 birds with one stone. You're not going to get a better chance than this: http://www.nme.com/news/paul-mccartney/83295 He's playing Liverpool Echo Arena on May 28th....This is big news in Liverpool and big scramble for tickets. Go on..............You know you should.
5.
so i had a newbie with 0 posts offer to but am item i have for sale along with several PM's from other people but he was the first. so i put them on hold for him & gave him payment details,3 1/2 hours after reading my reply he still hadn't replied to me or sent any payment so naturally i sold said item to the next person in the "queue"
Good for you. Doubt whether I'd have waited that long.
6.
I still maintain that whilst watching a VHS copy of the Magical Mystery tour movie when I was about fourteen, it was Paul's opening bass in the "I am Am The Walrus" bit that finally made me decide to switch from drums to bass. Although it was fairly simple stuff, it was so groovy and he just looked so much cooler than Ringo or a drummer could ever be (in my mind) at that point. I figured I'd pull so many more girls playing bass, but 24 years later, I'm still failing miserably on that one...
I was out gigging the night that was first on telly. I know the start you mean where he points at Ringo first to begin the song.

11. Buddy Rich. Saw him a few times live and at Ronnie Scott's. The most incredible drummer there's ever been.
12. As far as I'm concerned it's the sellers terms and if the buyer doesn't want to deal on those terms then that's that. If the seller wanted to deal only in Bitcoins, then the buyer would either agree or not. Deal or no deal.
13. It's worth coming in here just to see what you post Bubinga. Beautiful. Here's another - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ItPnIG6abg

17. Matey has one of these. Great sounding bass.
18. This is a good surprise. Didn't think I'd ever hear that. Great find Admiral.
19.
I'm not interested in making a list of great drummers, but there are 2 drummers who changed the way that drums were played. The first no one knows, and the second nobody thinks he influenced them. Earl Palmer and Ringo Star. Back on topic!
You see and hear the same thing as me because I always thought that Ringo got his great small tom and snare fills from Earl. Love that style/sound.
20. Ringo, was the ultimate drummer for a great band. Did everything asked of him and more.
21.
You could always cover the existing pg in woodgrain vinyl. I did my whole bass in it! Incidentally I am extremely jealous. I have serious GAS for a VM P5 at the moment! In fact, if you send me your bass I'll cover the guard in vinyl for you. Can't guarantee you'll get it back mind you !
That's quite impressive. What did you stick it with and curl it over the edges with.
22. This groove just keeps on coming at ya.. Terrific build on it Love it...me https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wovz9dKG7JE
23. Bought a fuzz pedal from Kieran and found him a nice guy. The pedal's great and was wrapped bomb proof I'm happy to deal again. Rob.
24.
Just a scratch on the surface of Donny's music. who knows what music he might have gone on to write. i love this record. i always encourage people who haven't heard Donny Hathaway, to have a listen. his voice is perfection imo..
What a sublime sound.
