Lets be honest here; the first album is the album to listen to.Everything else is pretty pony IMHO . There are good tracks on satd, but not a whole album. The more albums they did, the worse they got IMHO . Style over substance.
You hit the nail on the head there Ray I couldn't agree more

Hi all I am selling these leads on behalf of my friend he has 3 of these and would like £8.50 posted each please or £20 for all 3. I have a couple of these cables myself and they are not to bad each cable is 3m long and has soldered reane connectors on the actual cable is blue and stamped "pro quality audio cable" personally I would say these leads are great for home use but myself I would rather have a better quality cable for live stuff etc but anyway they are brand new and cheap enough please PM if you have any questions etc as I am terrible for checking back on threads.Sorry the pictures are not great but my old camera did its best lol
I like and use both! Passive is what I prefer to listen too but I find that active is easier to dial in ad cuts through the mix better when playing loudly and competing with rock drummers or guitarists. That is my general feeling but it isn't that simple as both active and passive tones range from beautiful to horrible depending on the bass and electronics so its also a case of using your ear of personal preference. Simple as that, end of
I agree with this but if you are buying more budget gear you could maybe try a cheap passive and a cheap active? as like Mr Pinball said there are certain situations where one is better than the other but I would think playing with both an active and a passive will give you some idea of "your" sound this is only my opinion as everyone will have a different view on this as some players really hate the active sound and find the active electronics a pain when playing live. I have both active and passive basses and like them both but I cannot really say that one is better than the other.

I had an EDB 300 and to be honest I really did not like I think I bought it for just under £200 and sold it for about the same but I only had it a few weeks I think the EDB range is very Marmite you love it or hate it

Behringer Hellbabe Wah I got this from a fellow Basschatter a while ago and to be honest I have never used it, it is not boxed but I will sort a nice sturdy box out to send it in, The pedal looks in very good condition and has velcro on the bottom only selling as I am not using it and I am getting some pennies together as there is a bass for sale on here that I have my eye on. I will get some pictures up later. I think £27.50 posted on this is fair as the postage is nearly £9 due to how heavy it is and Royal Mail being a rip off lol. Any questions please drop me a PM thanks
