  1. Same as above really. Bought some strings. Great communication with speedy delivery (even despite the snowmageddon). Thanks indeed.
  2. In actual fact, these are still the original stock feet. I considered replacing them but I decided against for a combination of reasons, mostly because with my modular 2 Nano setup I like to have the one behind raised but an inch or 2. Therefore I am making a couple of wooden runners to raise it but they have to be detachable in order that the board will fit inside an old flight case I have laying around.
  3. My seemingly never ending quest for the perfect PSU is currently settled on this... I am using a Strymon Ojai to power generally high draw pedals across 2 PT Nanos. I am currently in the middle of fabricating a couple of riser platforms. Once complete I will no doubt share full details elsewhere on the site.
  4. Greetings all. I just wondered if anyone might be able to inform me as to the internal dimensions of the Hard Case for the Jr Classic? I had a look online but I could only find external dimension. Thanks in advance. **EDIT** I am mostly interested in the internal height measurement if possible, i.e. the combined height of both the lower and upper parts. Thanks again.

    EQ pedal

Someone previously mentioned the Source Audio Programmable EQ - I rate this pedal.
  6. This is my mode of operation too and works well enough for me.
  7. I read this thread with great interest as I have noticed a similar problem with my Sandberg JM5 (tuned E-C). It was great to see all the potential fixes documented here so a personal thanks to all those who contributed. I may very well go down the route of a hi-mass bridge too. I see you went with the Fender one, so just wondering what people's thoughts are regarding alternatives? Anything particularly recommended or advised to stay away from? Cheers.

  9. I've been tentatively eyeing up the pedals for a long while now. Would also love to hear others experiences before taking the plunge.

  11. You have me strangely interested in this. I'm assuming your based in Glasgow then? If so, any chance of a test play?
  12. Mostly guitar related here, but who says Fender aren't prepared to try something ummm knew? https://www.gearnews.com/leak-fender-parallel-universe-jaguar-strat-troublemaker-tele-whiteguard-strat-jazz-tele/ The Strat body with Jag face is particularity terrible.
  13. I was just going through the Bass Direct website and I came across the Aero PJ (some more albeit limited information can be found here: http://www.aeroinstrument.com/pj.html) There doesnt seem to be much info on these pups so was just wondering if anyone has any first hand experience?
  14. Stunner! Love every feature. I am kind of new to the Limelight brand, where can one find information on specs and quotes etc?
  15. Want! Weirdly, I will be visiting Swindon in April. If this is still available then I will definitely relieve you of this.
  16. I am curious by this wee pedal. What kind of low end response are we talking here? Is there any significant loss? Cheers
  17. Ahh man. Just what I am after!! I don't have a trip down to Bristol until mid April. Not that I expect it to still be around then but if it is then I'll seriously be interested in giving this a go.
  18. My pedals have as much material and sentimental value as my bass, therefore, hard case all the way for me.
  19. I have always had a bit of a thing for this bass not never understood the lack of tone control. A serious let down if you ask me.

  21. Okay, thats good information. I will have a search now. One further quick question... my J & M style pickups are run by an active 2 band preamp (as is the way with active Sandbergs). Is this likely to complicate the matter when it comes to adding series/parrellel switching?
