To be fair though, The Laney Richter amps will do a job for you too. Therefore, I'd make a couple of suggestions:
(1) Get a Laney RB7 2x10" combo 2nd hand, then look for the newer Richter 4x10" cab, which has a new badge & a higher power handling rating(Some of which have already turned up on eBay.).
This way, you have a decent rehearsal combo & a pretty decent live 6x10" stack.
(2) Get the Hartke LH500 with ANY decent 2nd hand 8 ohm cab that can handle 400 watts.

The problem with having a 2x10 & a 4x10 together is that the 2x10 is gonna be getting the same juice from the amp as the 4x10.
If looking at cabs, look for the sensitivity of the thing. Watts mean very little on their own.
